The porch area by the house includes a seating area as well as a dining table where enjoying lunches and dinners outdoors, or barbecues, while reveling in this marvellous environment. The property is fenced and there are direct neighbours.

This elegant house counts with 350 m2 and two storeys. From the porch we get into the living - dining room on the ground floor. It has a modern and current style which make you feel at home. You can watch the TV Sat on the comfortable chaise longue while refreshing with the air conditioning. A beautiful sideboard separates the living room from the dining area, which has capacity for 6 people. The amazing kitchen will delight the cooker, and it counts with a ceramic hob as well as a table for 4 people where you can have breakfast while watching the morning news on the TV (it doesn’t include satellite channels). The accommodation is equipped with 4 bedrooms. The first of them is on the ground floor and it has a single bed and a closet. A beautiful shower bathroom completes this floor. Upstairs you will find the other three bedrooms. The first one counts with a double bed, a closet and an en-suite bathroom with a hydro-massage bathtub. The second one has two single beds and a closet as well as the last bedroom. A third bathroom gives service to the rest of this floor. If you are travelling with a baby, a cot and a high chair are also available.Besides, the house counts with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

This spectacular villa is located in one of the most exclusive areas of the island, very close to Puerto Portals, with its top design-shops, “haute cuisine” restaurants, sportive port and golf courses. Puerto Portals is a clear reference in the Majorcan night, expression of glamour and good taste. The nearest beach is Puerto Portals, only 1 km away. It has fine golden sand, surrounded by pines and lined with little cliffs and residential buildings. Palma de Mallorca and its airport are very near, and there you will find all the leisure office you are looking for a complete holiday.
