This villa is an idyllic place with a beautiful exterior area and magic landscape views. Imagine yourselves basking in the sun on the lawn or on the 10 sun loungers, swimming in the private chlorine pool -that sizes 10 x 4 metres and has a water depth that ranges from 0.9 to 2 metres- while you admire the amazing panoramic over the sea and the mountains. Later, at noon, you can cook a delicious barbecue and next you can relax on the Bali bed or enjoy a coffee at the porch. You can also have a great time playing pool or table tennis, while the little ones make the most of the children area.

Inside you find a great living room where you can watch TV (with satellite channels and Smart TV). This space is shared with the dining area and the kitchen which is equipped with a gas cooktop and much more. The laundry-room features a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron and an ironing board. There are 5 bedrooms, 2 of them with twin beds and the other 3 with double beds. All of them offer a fan as well as a closet or walk-in closet. Three of them also have access to the outside. There are two bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom (one with a shower and the other with a jetted tub) and two more bathrooms with a shower for the rest of the house. Finally, there is a baby cot and a high-chair available on request.

The location of the property is exceptional since it offers the peace of the outskirts being at the same time just 550 metres away from the centre of Son Servera, where you'll find all basic services like a bar, restaurants, supermarket, etc. The beach of Cala Millor is about 3 km away and the golf course of Son Servera is about 7.1 km from the house.
