This house features a private, 9mx 3m chlorine pool with a depth between 1.1m and 2.1m and an exterior shower. Afternoons can be spent basking in the sun on one of the six sun loungers. There’s a furnished porch and a barbecue, perfect for family-dinners. This lovely cottage is private and there are direct neighbors.
The air-conditioned rustic-style kitchen with dining table is fully-equipped and offers a gas hob, a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The kitchen as well as one shower bath are located in the annex and can be accessible from the exterior. The main house welcomes you with a cozy sitting room, where you can relax while reading a good book by the fireplace or watching a film on the satellite-TV. Two bedrooms with double bed have no wardrobe but a drawer. The third bedroom with two single beds features a wardrobe. There’s a bath with bath tub.
This wonderful home is near the city of Inca, where you'll find everything you may need for an independent stay, like shops and restaurants. In a Celler you can try home-made, typical Majorcan food. In the outskirts of Inca there's the Puig de Santa Magdalena, a rolling hill where you'll find a small chapel and a good restaurant. Furthermore, you can visit the monastery of Lluc, the shoe-museum of Inca and the caves of Campanet. If the beach is what you are searching for, you can go by car to the north coast and explore wonderful beaches as Can Picafort, Playa de Muro, Son Serra de Maria and Puerto de Alcúdia. Alcúdia's Bay is just perfect for families with toddlers. The old town of Alcúdia is a picturesque place, surrounded by an old wall.
