House rules

Respect for neighbours and quiet hours

Please respect the neighbours and the surrounding area throughout your stay.
Strict quiet hours apply every day from 22:00 until 08:00 the following morning. During these hours, guests must avoid loud conversations, music and any other activity that may cause disturbance.

Bookings by guests under 30

Guests under 30 years of age who are staying only with other guests under 30 may only make a booking with prior written permission from the booking agent.
Failure to obtain this permission may result in the cancellation of the reservation.

Parties and events

Parties and events are not permitted at the accommodation without prior written permission from the property owner or booking agent.
A gathering is considered a party or event when the number of people present is more than twice the maximum permitted occupancy stated in the rental agreement.
A written request for permission must be submitted at least 30 days before the planned event. The property owner or booking agent may refuse the request or impose additional conditions and charges.
If a party or event is organised without the required permission, the rental agreement may be terminated immediately. The lead guest will be responsible for all costs resulting from additional cleaning, damage, nuisance or disturbance.

Music and noise

Music and other sounds must not be audible outside the boundaries of the accommodation unless prior written permission has been granted by the property owner or booking agent.
When permission is granted for a party or event, the lead guest must comply with all applicable laws and local noise regulations.

• Neighbours who may be affected must be informed in advance.


• The lead guest must obtain all required municipal or other permits.


• All additional conditions imposed by the property owner or booking agent must be followed.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in the immediate termination of the rental agreement and additional charges for damage, cleaning, nuisance or disturbance.
