Lovely villa with pool in Alcúdia, Mallorca north, 10 km from the beach and with capacity for 8 people.
The exteriors are beautiful: go to the terrace, enjoy the views to the mountains, have a BBQ, swim in the pool, sunbathe, have breakfast under the furnished porch or let the kids play in the garden. In the plot you will have space to park your car.

There are four air-conditioned bedrooms; one with a double bed and bath en-suite with bathtub, the second with a bunk bed and the third has two twin beds. The fourth bedroom is located in an annex and counts with two single beds. In addition, there are three more shower baths; one of them in the annex. There are fans available on request.

In the living-dining room you will be able to relax on the sofas, watch satellite TV, surf the internet or organize a meal with your family. The kitchen is equipped with blender, coffee machine, toaster, juice maker, kettle, dishwasher, oven, cutlery, fridge and a lot more. You will also find washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The house, surrounded by nature is very well located. From there it’s very easy to drive to beaches like Playas de Muro, Formentor, Son Serra de Marina, Can Picafort or Puerto de Pollença. You will love to visit the old town of Alcudia with its narrow cobblestone streets, the church and the old wall. In Alcudia you will find lovely bars to stop for a drink. There is a local market in Alcudia on Thursdays and Sundays and the centre of town becomes crowded and lively. Don’t forget to visit the Roman ruins where you will be able to see a beautiful amphitheatre.
