Villa Rochas

This pretty villa for 8-10 people with a private pool and garden is located in Xabia. 3 km from the beach.
Here you can start your day with a refreshing bathe in a chlorinated 10m x 4m-sized pool with a depth range of 1,1-1,2m. The pool is surrounded with a well-kept, 300m2 garden where you can sunbathe on two sun loungers and cool off in the outdoor shower. There is a fixed barbecue for cooking lovers. Here you will enjoy a sunny Mediterranean climate! The house is situated in a family-friendly and calm urbanization called El Tosalet which has 24 hours vigilance. The plot is fenced and has direct neighbors.

The house has 180m2. A living-dining room is a comfortable place to read a book, watch TV (Spanish, German and French channels) or to spend time with your family. A well-equipped kitchen with a gas plate has all necessary utensils (including a dishwasher) to prepare a delicious meals. Washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities are also available.

In total, there are 4 bedrooms in the house, two with two twin beds and two with one double bed each. The first bedroom with double bed comes with a bath en-suite with bathtub. Besides, there are two more baths with bathtub in the house.
A cot and a high chair can be provided upon request. There are four bathrooms with a bath tub, two of them are en-suite. There is a central heating for colder days.

The fifth bedroom fitted with double bed and en-suite bath with bathtub is located in an annex of the house. This annex is only available if you're 9 or 10 people and pay the extra charge per night and person. In case you are less, we will close this room. All bedrooms come with a wardrobe.

The Xabia outskirts offer various trails and sightseeing points like Portitxol Bay or the Granadell Forest Park. A few km away you find tourist services, supermarkets, shops and restaurants. A sandy beach only 3 km away is calm and family- friendly. Xabia old town still conserves its medieval traditions. In a local Abastos market you can buy fresh products. On Thursdays there is another market on the Constitution square and on the Convent square.
