Set in Campos, this cottage with private pool, terraces and garden is dated back to the 18th Century. It welcomes 12 guests.
Both exteriors and interiors are well-kept and set a rare standard of living. Early risers may enjoy a large breakfast on the porch and have a refreshing dip in the private, 10 x 4.5 meters chlorine pool before children wake up, with a 1 to 1.8 metres depth. Around the pool extends a lawn area with 5 sun loungers and 1 parasol. Next to it, there's a porch and a terrace with high-quality rattan furniture, a nice spot to share a bottle of wine in the evening. If you like to cook outside, there's a barbecue. Children can learn to swim in the 3 x 3 meters kids pool -naturally always accompanied by an adult. Furthermore, you can challenge family and friends at the ping pong table. There are 5 houses on the plot, but each is fenced and has its own entrance, so privacy is total.

Indoors, rooms are stylishly furnished and there's lot of space to enjoy time with friends and family or alone. The spacious sitting-dining room is very bright thanks to big windows overlooking the pool and the porch. Modern furniture is tastefully contrasting with stone lined walls and the old fireplace. There's a second, small living room where you can move back reading a good book. A second, elegant dining area gives access to the basically equipped kitchen, including a gas stove top, dishwasher, microwave and some cooking utensils. There's a laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Six comfy bedrooms are equipped with a double bed or two single beds, wardrobe, fan and en-suite shower bath. Besides, one bedroom has direct access to the terrace. If you come with one or several babies, please inform us before arrival in order to prepare cots and high chairs. The house has an independent bath with shower and a guest toilet.

Set in the south of Mallorca, Campos is close to lots of nice beaches like Es Trenc, Sa Rapita or the beaches around Colonia de Sant Jordi (for example: Platja d'es Dolç or Playa Es Dofí). Campos provides you with supermarkets, shops and good restaurants serving typical dishes. Salt d'es Trenc is maybe the most famous salt in the Mediterranean and you can buy it in different flavors. Mondrago Natural Park and Son Marriot golf course are 20 km from the house. If you like to visit some nice villages, you could go to Santanyí, Ses Salines and Portopetro

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
