The exteriors are very nice. You can relax in the large garden areas, swim in a chlorine pool, which is 6 x 4 m with a depth ranging from 1.1 to 1.8 m, or just sunbathe on fully equipped terrace. There is also well equipped porch, where you can enjoy a summer meal with your family. On the 1st floor there is a balcony with magnificent views.

The house has 180m2 and is distributed over 2 floors. It has 4 bedrooms, one on the ground floor with double bed and bathroom with shower, and three on the 1st floor (one with double bed and bathroom with shower, and two with two single beds each). All bedrooms have air conditioning. One cot and one high chair are available on request. There are 2 more bathrooms in the house; one with shower on the 1st floor and one toilet on the ground floor.
The house features a cozy and spacious living room. A modern sofa, bedside table, TV-Sat, dining table with chairs, air conditioning and plenty of outside light create a nice, family atmosphere. The separate kitchen with vitro has all the necessary cooking utensils. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Establiments is a small neighborhood with lots of family houses, townhouses and villas, that belongs to Palma. Is an ideal starting point for the mountain tours, and for golf lovers, you will find Son Vida Golf just 6 km away.
In Palma (only 7 km away) there are a variety of restaurants, bars, pubs, local, national and international stores, cinemas, theaters, art galleries, malls, among others. In Palma you can move around by bus, on foot or by bike, as the government facilitates "Bicipalma" with various pickup and delivery points.
You can find there also a different waterparks, such as Aqualand and Westernpark. And do not miss the visit to Palma Aquarium.
