This nice finca is located in Campanet, in North Majorcas and has space for 10 people.
The villa is more than 300 years old, which gives it a unique charm. In fact, some of its walls are still being of “pedra viva” (you can see the stones in the wall). The finca has 70.000m2, which would totally give you privacy. In the exterior there are some fruity trees so that you can eat fresh fruit and chickens that make delicious eggs.
In the outside there’s also a 50m2 salt pool with a maximum depth of 2m surrounded by 8 hammocks and 1 umbrella for the hottest days. If you’d like to enjoy a snack near the pool, there’s a small area covered with a sink and a barbeque so that you can enjoy a delicious meal outdoors.
If you’d like to enjoy a terrace, you’ll find one of 700m2 fully furnished.
Once entering the villa there’s a nice hall followed by the living room. In the living room there’s a TV, DVD and a comfortable sofa. Besides, next to it there’s the dining room which has amazing “pedra viva” walls and a roof shaped as a vault.
There’s an independent gas cooker and an independent laundry room where there’s iron, iron table and a washing machine.
As per the bedrooms, there are 5 exterior bedrooms fully equipped. Besides they all have air conditioning and heating to ensure your comfort. The bedrooms are divided in 1 room in the ground floor and the other 4 in the first floor. There are two double beds and three single beds. The house also has 4 bathrooms: 1 in the ground floor with bathtub and bidet and the other ones in the first floor, also with a bathtub. If you’re traveling with kids, we’ve a crib and a baby chair ready for your use under petition.
Sa Mata Grossa is located just 5 minutes away from the charming town of Búger and 10 minutes away from Sa Pobla, the perfect place to find anything you might need during your stay. And if you’re looking for mixing culture with your visit, only 15 minutes away there’s Pollença town, also located in the municipality of the same name. In there you’ll find historic treasures unique architecture and a lot of activity. Besides, in this municipality you’ll find amazing beaches such as Cala Sant Vicenç or Formentor.

TIPS & PRECAUTIONS
- Please do not turn on all electrical appliances at the same time in order to overcharge electric network.

- Please do not deposit hot pans or pots on any place other than the cooktop.- Do not leave food outside cabinets or refrigerators in order to avoid insects inside the house.
- Do NOT eat outside cabinets or refrigerators to avoid attracting insects inside.
- Please, do not smoke inside the accommodation.
