Furthermore there's a barbecue to prepare tasty dishes.
This 220m2 house offers accommodation on 2 floors. The dining-sitting area is a nice corner to relax or watch satellite television. The kitchen has everything to prepare your favourite dishes, including a ceramic hob. The laundry features 1 washer, 1 iron and 1 ironing board. The 4 bedrooms are situated on the upper floor (3 rooms with 1 double bed each and 1 with 2 twin beds). All have a/c and garden views. There is a shower bath on the GF and another on the 1F with bath tub. The house is equipped with gas central heating.
Inca, 2 km away, is known for its leather tradition and, there, you will find all kinds of high quality leather goods. Thursday market is the most important market in Inca and there will have access to a great variety of local products. This market has a very long tradition and has been carried out for many centuries. Moreover, you can visit the 3 late Gothic or Baroque churches from the 13th century, the convent of San Bartolomé or the chapel of Santa Magdalena. The latter is situated on a hillside with a spectacular viewpoint. Inca's Plaza del Angel is famous for its good restaurants and lively pubs. The convent of Lluc, in the midst of nature and in a beautiful setting in the Tramuntana, is also worth visiting. A 25 minutes' drive takes you to the fantastic north coast and to Alcúdia's Bay, famous for its fine grained sand beaches.
There is uncovered parking space for 4 cars and 2 covered spaces available.
Wood is available for a supplement if you wish to use the fireplace.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season.
