The outdoor chlorine pool measures 3 x 4 metres and has a uniform depth of 1.50 metres, making it a pleasant spot to cool off during the warmer months. Alongside these areas, the house has a porch and a terrace where you can enjoy leisurely breakfasts, long meals or moments of relaxation. In addition, the built-in barbecue is ideal for preparing meals outdoors and enjoying pleasant evenings in complete privacy.

The house is entirely arranged on one level, providing a comfortable and practical stay. The living-dining room has a television and air conditioning and offers a pleasant space to unwind after a day exploring the island. The charming open-plan kitchen adjoining the living area is equipped with a gas hob and makes it easy to prepare and enjoy meals. The house has two bedrooms: the first features a double bed, wardrobe and air conditioning, while the second has two single beds, a wardrobe and air conditioning. Two fans are also available in the property. The single bathroom is equipped with a washbasin and shower. For added convenience during longer stays, the property also includes a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Finally, a cot and high chair can be provided if you are travelling with your baby.

The property is located in Son Mesquida, a small rural area in the municipality of Felanitx, surrounded by olive groves and farmland and ideal for enjoying peace and quiet, hiking and cycling routes. Nearby, you can visit Felanitx and make your way up to the Santuari de Sant Salvador, one of the finest viewpoints in south-eastern Mallorca. Portocolom is also well worth a visit, with its charming traditional harbour, as are beaches such as Cala Marçal and the more unspoilt Cala Sa Nau. The area has a strong agricultural and winemaking tradition, with wineries and olive mills producing local olive oil. Golf enthusiasts can enjoy 18 holes at Vall d’Or Golf, surrounded by pine and almond trees with views of the Mediterranean.

The air conditioning operates on a programmed schedule: in the living room from 12:00 to 22:00, and in the bedrooms from 22:00 to 06:00. Unlimited use of the air conditioning is available for an additional charge.
