Wonderful townhouse with unbeatable exteriors in Mancor de la Vall, suitable for up to 6 people.
Located near the mountain, very close to the villages of Inca and Caimari, this two-storey house is characterized by its beautiful salt pool surrounded by lawn and 6 sun loungers, where sunbathing will become a pleasure. The pool has a size of 8x5m and a depth of 1.10 to 1.90m. In this large outdoor area, you will find a table tennis, ideal for the guests entertainment, and a large porch where you will surely prepare a delicious barbecue and enjoy it with family.
IIt is a house with a special charm, which has a living room, a beautiful separate dining room with AC, a kitchen with ceramic hob, four bedrooms with wardrobes and two bathrooms, one of them en-suite. From the living room, equipped with AC, you can watch satellite TV while contemplating the unparalleled views of the mountains through the glass windows. One of the bedrooms has a double bed, two others have two single beds and the fourth has a single bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower. A second bathroom with bathtub serves the whole flat. If you are travelling with a baby, a cot and high chair are provided. At your disposal, there is a laundry area with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
Mancor de la Vall is a small village located in the Sierra de Tramuntana, with easy access to a great number of routes for excursions in the mountains. At the same time, this village is located a short distance from the small town of Inca, where every Thursday takes place the weekly market, well known throughout the island.
Some of the magnificent coves that we recommend you visit are those located in the villages of the "Sierra", such as Banyalbufar or Deià. If you prefer more extensive beaches and fine sand, the beach of Puerto de Alcúdia is ideal for you and your children and is suitable for water sports such as windsurfing, jet skis or diving, among others.

We stayed here with our family (5 adults and 1 baby) for 10 nights. Everything was absolutely perfectly arranged. The communication with homerti and the owner were great. We have never been in such a clean rental house before, and we’re super surprised on all the equipments and facilitations that were present. The bathrooms were also really clean and had everything you need. The rooms had a lot of closet space, beds were laying great and all the rooms have airconditioning (not all rooms) or a ventilator. Please notice that at the end of the stay you need to pay for electricity, in our case this was Approx 100€. We would definitely recommend this pretty place to anyone, can’t wait to go back!

See more Die Finca ist echt Klasse. Die Besitzer waren super nett und lieb und sehr Hilfreich. Haben uns alles gezeigt und erklärt. Die Lage ist Hervorragend, mit einer traumhaften Aussicht. Die Umgebung, die Berge und das kleine Dörfchen sind malerisch! Kann die Finca nur weiterempfehlen.
See more Like · This is a lovely villa which is well presented and equipped and it has lovely views all round. An easy stroll into Mancor de la Val, which is quite small but has a bakers, general food store and small Spar type ‘supermarket’. It also has a handful of bars and restaurants. Sunday lunch with the locals at Cas Puput not to be missed! All the restaurants – from the café at the swimming pool to that in the Turixant hotel , work on the basis of set meals with just two choices for each course. We enjoyed everything we had – but be aware – Mallorcan cuisine includes a lot of liver and other offal! There was some music going on most evenings, but this is not a big tourist town. This suited us but it’s not for you if you want more ‘action’! Inca is not far away for bigger supermarkets and there is a market there on Thursdays.Owners very nice, though they did not speak much English. Dislike · The pool was a lot deeper at the shallow end than advertised and this caused some difficulty for us. The web site said it was 0.8m at the shallow end but it was in fact 1.35m. I am 5’3” (160cm) and I could only reach the bottom at the wall by the steps – then I was out of my depth – not what you want when you are looking after small children. I have emailed the agency that deals with the villa and they have said they will update the information. Also, although the AstroTurf area was great for running around on etc, the kids really have to have footwear on, as the turf gets very hot in the sun. It would have been better if the bathroom doors had locks on, especially as one is ‘en-suite’ to the single bedroom and the kitchen would benefit from the provision of some small bowls for eg olives or nuts.I had missed that electricity was extra here – and it was 50 Euros for the week.

See more Unser Urlaub war sehr schön und entspannend. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Straße und somit sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Küchen Ausstattung ist weitaus besser als in anderen bisher bereiten Wohnungen. Zusätzlich ist die Wohnung großflachig geschnitten und nicht einengend. Fußläufig ist ein Bäcker und kleiner lebensmittelladen zu erreichen.

En skøn ferie! Dejligt hus ude på landet, væk fra turiststederne og i gåafstand til bager, supermarked og lille hyggelig café i den lokale by Mancor. Husets faciliteter oversteg vores forventninger. Børnene elskede poolen og vi opholdt mere hjemme i huset end på tur rundt på øen. Skønt skønt skønt!
