Tolles Haus auf sehr schönen Grundstück. Das Haus bietet Alles was man für einen erholsamen Finca Urlaub mut der Familie oder auch bis zu 3 Paaren auf Mallorca benötigt. Alles war Sauber und in gutem Zustand. Sehr schöner Pool. Supermarkt zu Fuss erreichbar. Einziges kleines Manko ist die Lage in einer nicht gerade sehr Einladend wirkenden Seitenstraße von Muro und der zeitweise nicht zuferlässige Müllentsorgungservice der Gemeinde. Wir würden das Haus Jederzeit wieder mieten.

Welcome to this incredible house with private pool for 6 guests on the outskirts of Muro.
The exterior of the house are simply amazing because of its well-kept and cheerful garden, its beautiful pool and the many nooks that have where to relax. The terrace and the porch, perfectly furnished, invite you to make a tasty barbecue; either during the day while taking a dip in the pool, or at night, accompanied by the clear and starry Mediterranean sky. The 8 x 4.5 meters sized chlorine pool with a depth of 1 to 1.85 meters is surrounded by a terrace with 6 sun loungers, ideal for sunbathing. If you come with kids, for sure they will make such incredible memories playing at the lawn and on the swing, and even getting the fresh eggs from the henhouse that has the property! The house is situated on the outskirts of Muro and there are neighbors nearby.
This villa features all its stays on one floor. The living room has a special character with its mixture of raw colors, white beams and the beautiful stone wall. There you can watch satellite TV (channels in German), listen to some music on the CD-player and even rest on the comfortable sofas. The kitchen, equipped with gas hob, is very useful as it has a dining table and four chairs to have a really quickly breakfast in family. There is also a second living-dining room where you can taste all your favourite dishes, chat quite a bit and play billiard. Both living-dining room and the main living room have air conditioning. Likewise, the accommodation also provides its guests with a fan and up to 4 radiators that complete the equipment and, of course, with washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are three bedrooms with wardrobe, two of them with two single beds and the third one with a double bed. One of the dormitories has views to the living-dining room. There is a cot and a high chair as well. Finally, the house has three en-suite shower bathrooms, although to one of them you can access directly from the outside.
The location is perfect, since it is situated right on the edge of the small town of Muro, so it is a very quiet area, and at the same time, comfortable by the proximity with everything you may need during your stay, such as supermarkets, bars , traditional restaurants, sports area, pharmacy and banks, among others. At only 10 minutes driving, you will find Ca’n Picafort and Ses Casetes des Capellans, where you will be able to enjoy spending such a great day at the kilometre long sandy beach or simply taking a cocktail while contemplating the sunset. On the zone, there are various restaurants where you can eat a really tasty paella, also with sea views! The promenade of Ca’n Picafort has a great diversity of bars and shops and it is always really lively. Towards Alcúdia, there is Playa de Muro, a peaceful area, with a protected dune sand zone and crystal-clear waters.

3 guests reviewed this property. We stayed here with our two daughters aged 9 and 13 just for a week. This lovely 3 bedroomed villa is based in the rural part of Muro and is very private, un-overlooked and quiet but not too far from restaurants/supermarkets and 20 min drive from the lovely Playa de Muro area with beach/bars/restaurants and shops. The pictures of the villa do not do the size of the place justice! There is an electronic main gate to the drive so felt very secure. We were amazed at how many different seating areas there are to relax, catch some shade or sun outside as well as separate rooms/areas inside the villa. On arrival we were greeted by a fridge stocked with a bottle of Bubbly, Lemonade for the girls, water and a huge bowl full of fresh fruit courtesy of the owners. It is very well equipped, everything you need supplied in the kitchen with a dishwasher and even a washing machine! The inside has air conditioning too which was a blessing in August! The pool is perfect and was clean and the whole outside of the villa has been thoughtfully planted for shaded areas. We only stayed for a week but spent every day in and around the pool and the villa with evenings spent in Playa de Muro sampling some of the excellent restaurants there. We would love to return next year for longer. We had a really wonderful relaxing week's family holiday. Highly recommended.
