Welcome to this spectacular house with 4 floors in Palma. It can accommodate up to 16 people.
On the 1st floor you can find a schlorine swimming pool 4.3 x 4.9 m with a depth of 1.70 m. There is also a loungers area with four sunbeds, one fully equipped terrace, and a great fully equipped chillout area. In the back of the house, there is a small garden, another terrace, equipped with 1 table and chairs and also one porch.

This amazing house has 550 m2 distributed in 4 floors. It counts with 8 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, and 5 meeting rooms. All rooms in the house have air conditioning and central heating.

In the subterranean floor there are 3 bedrooms with double bed, one of them with en suite bathroom with shower. In addition to the en suite bathroom there is another bathroom with shower. The living room is equipped with sofa, two armchairs, coffee table and TV-Sat. The separated dining room with a large table and chairs is ready for the family meals. The independent kitchen with induction cooker, has all the necessary cooking.

On the ground floor, there is a beautiful lounge equipped with huge sofa, two very original coffee tables and TV-Sat. Relax with a good book in the reading area with comfortable armchairs and book stand, where you can find also a screen projector. The fully equipped kitchen with induction cooker is very modern and spacious. There is a long table that seats 16 people. On the same floor there is one room with 2 computers and one toilet.

On the 1st floor you will find one well equipped enclosed bacony with magnificent views of the sea and the city. There is a rustic, well decor living room with one sofa, wooden furniture and TV. Here you can find 3 bedrooms; one with double bed, one with two single beds and one with double bed, en suite bathroom with shower and small balcony with magical views of the sea and the city. In addition to the en suite bathroom there is another bathroom with shower.

On top floor there is one room with sofa and TV, 2 bedrooms; one with double bed and one with 2 single beds; and 1 bathroom.

There is also laundry area equipped with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

Palma is a beautiful and friendly city, with all kinds of local and international commerces. The shopping enthusiasts will enjoy the different malls, and plenty of shops. There is variety of entertainment both night and day. During the day you can stroll through the beautiful streets of the city or walk along the promenade, visit "La Seu" (most important Cathedral of Palma) with magnificent sea views, visit different museums or art galleries, castle "Castillo de Bellver", etc. At night you will find different tapas bars, clubs, bars, pubs, etc.
By car you can reach magnificent beaches, visit nearby villages as Esporles or Valldemossa. Next to the city there are different waterparks as Aqualand, Westernpark, and you can not miss also a visit to Palma Aquarium.
