This is a charming villa with private pool, surrounded by fields and with views to the city of Inca. It welcomes 6 people.
This wonderful house features a private, 10m x 4m chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 0.3m and 2m. The terrace is a nice spot for having a family-dinner or bask in the sun on one of the six loungers. Thanks to the barbecue, you will be able to prepare meals outside. The plot is fenced and there are several neighbours.

Inside, there's a lovely sitting-dining room with fully-equipped, gas hob kitchen, washer, iron and ironing board. There are two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with one double bed and one bunk bed. The bathroom is equipped with bath tub. We gladly supply a cot and a high chair if needed. The owner has paid great attention to the environment and has installed solar cells.

This wonderful home is near the city of Inca, where you'll find everything you may need for an independent stay, like supermarkets and restaurants. If you're into home-made food, you can eat in a celler and try our tasty cuisine. In the outskirts of Inca there's the Puig de Santa Magdalena, a rolling hill where you'll find a small chapel and a good restaurant. Furthermore, you can visit the monastery of Lluc, the shoe-museum of Inca and the caves of Campanet.

If the beach is what you are searching for, you can go by car to the north coast and explore wonderful beaches as Can Picafort, Playa de Muro, Son Serra de Maria and Puerto de Alcúdia. Alcúdia's Bay is just perfect for families with toddlers. The old town of Alcúdia is a picturesque place, surrounded by an old wall.

Note: This property’s rent is carried out based on the Spanish legislation, specifically Law 29/1994 of 24 November on urban leases. For this reason, the property will be available for seasonal use. In this contract the lessee will not be offered any kind of tourist services. This contract only consists of the cession of the use and enjoyment of the property.
