Peculiar little nice countryhouse with pool in Felanitx, welcomes 4-5 people.
This beautiful typical Majorcan house with 2 floors, has a private chlorine pool, with a size of 6m x 4m and a depth of 2m, surrounded by an area with 4 sunbeds, where you can sunbathe. The house has two furnished terraces where you can spend the evenings accompanied by your family or friends. There is a mobile barbecue for if you like to cook out.

The house has two floors and a total of 90 m2, two bedrooms are on the first floor equipped with a double bed and a fan. In the extra space in the loft you will find an extra bed. If travelling with a baby we will provide you a baby bed and a high chair.

On the ground floor, the house has a bathroom with a bathtub. The open kitchen which is connected with the dining room, is equipped with everything you need to cook as if you were at home, including a gas hob, gas oven and a Italian coffee maker. In the cosy lounge, you can watch satellite TV (German and Spanish channels) or simply relax on the couch. The house has a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The location of the house is in the south of Mallorca, in a privileged natural environment. It's a different way to discover the hidden Mallorca. Although it is in a secluded setting, it has a good road communication with many attractions and entertainment, for example , the coves or visit the beaches nearby, like Portocolom, Cala Mondrago, Cala Ferrera and S'Almonia. In the town of Felanitx, which has many public and commercial services.
