This two-store house of 150 m2 has 4 bedrooms with AC: three with single beds and one with a double bed. Two of the rooms have en suite bathroom and one of them has access to a terrace where you will be able to see the best sunsets.

The house is bright and very well decorated. The living-dining room is the best place to relax watching TV, surf the Internet (WIFI), read a book or organize a meal with your family. The kitchen is equipped with blender, microwave, dishwasher, vitro, oven, fridge and a lot more. Of course there are also washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Start your day having breakfast in the 12 m2 furnished terrace. You will be able to swim in the pool while the kids play in the lawn area, or have a BBQ outdoors! Your pet will be welcome as well!

The house is located in a residential area, 800 meters from the sea. By the house there is a playground and paths for strolls. The location is perfect because everything you might need is very close: shops, the sand beach or bus stop. The frequency of the bus is every 15 minutes towards Can Picafort, Puerto de Pollença and other directions.

In Puerto de Alcudia you will find lots of restaurants with any kind of food, clothes shops, souvenirs shops and supermarkets. The biggest one is located on the road towards Alcúdia, near a patrol station.

From Puerto de Alcúdia it’s very easy to drive to other beaches that are worth to discover as Playas de Muro, Formentor, Son Serra de Marina, Can Picafort or Puerto de Pollença. You will love to visit the old town of Alcudia with its narrow cobblestone streets, the church and the old wall. In Alcudia you will find lovely bars to stop for a drink. There is a local market in Alcudia on Thursdays and Sundays and the centre of town becomes crowded and lively.

Don’t forget to visit the Roman ruins where you will be able to see a beautiful amphitheatre. This apartment is ideal if you are looking for a holiday near the beach in one of the most visited areas of Mallorca!
