Die Lage ist einzigartig, riesiges Grundstück im Olivenhain, uneinsehbar. Das Ambiente mit Blick auf die Berge mit dem Gebimmel der Schafe ringsum ist herrlich. Das Haus ist großzügig, sauber, komfortabel. Die fehlende Klimaanlage in den oberen Schlafzimmern kann man gut kompensieren, wenn man nachts alle Fenster öffnet. Wir haben selbst mitgebrachte Moskitonetze angebracht. Dass diese nicht fest installiert sind, ist wirklich der einzigste Kritikpunkt. Der Pool bietet jederzeit eine herrliche Erfrischung und ist sehr sauber.

What an amazing location - really quiet and peaceful. The pool is absolutely beautiful and the outside area a perfect pace to sit and relax. An exceptionally clean and very well stocked villa. We would definitely recommend the house to friends and family.

La villa è veramente bella, ben tenuta e pulita. Il patio che dà sul giardino e la piscina per me e i miei amici è stato relax puro, abbiamo passato tutto il tempo che stavamo a casa lì, soprattutto la sera quando tornavamo che ci mettevamo a vedere le stelle. Abbiamo molto apprezzato il fatto che al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato in frigo dell'acqua e dei dolcetti tipici, veramente grazie mille. Sicuramente vi consiglio di noleggiare una macchina se volete affittare la casa, perché è immersa nella campagna e dista da Palma e da qualsiasi altra cittadina una quarantina di minuti.

Das Grundstück ist riesig und wird durch die Besitzer sehr gut gepflegt. Wer absolute Ruhe sucht, ist hier gut aufgehoben. Das Haus verfügt über alles was man braucht. Das einzige kleine Problem (zumindest für mich): Bei sehr warmen Außentemperaturen werden die oberen beiden Schlafzimmer und dazugehörigen Badezimmer sehr warm, dort gibt es auch leider keine Klimaanlage. Lüften ist dann schwierig da man sonst sofort die Mücken im Zimmer hat. Vielleicht werden ja in Zukunft Klimaanlagen oder Fliegengitter für die Schlafzimmer installiert :) Wir haben den Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen und werden wieder kommen!

There are so many areas to sit in sun or shade. We spent a happy 2 weeks here & would have gladly stayed longer. Gartenbau sehr schön und auch die Größe des Hauses.Das Wasser im Pool war nicht wie angegeben Meerwasser, sondern Chlorwasser. Ich habe knapp 3 Wochen nach dem Urlaub noch immer nicht meine Kaution zurück, obwohl keinerlei Schäden verursacht wurden.
