Submerged within a formidable landscape, welcome to this spectacular villa where you will be amazed by the large swimming pool in absolute privacy. The house can accommodate up to 6 people and is located on the outskirts of Sant Llorenç des Cardassar, a 15 minutes' drive to Cala Millor.
Surrounded by majestic mountains and a beautiful countryside, this house can not be anything else than the most perfect place to forget about the world and enjoy the peace and nature. Undoubtedly, the protagonists are the beauty of the construction and the long chlorine pool. Its dimensions are 13.5 m x 4.6 m and a depth from 0.90 m to 1.70 m. There are up to six sunbeds for sunbathing or reading a book quietly under the simple wooden pergola around the pool. After a walk through the fields or a time of games with the little ones of the family, you can take the opportunity to cool off in the exterior shower before enjoying a barbecue all together at the terrace.

As for the building, it is an old peasant house within an agricultural farm, recently enlarged and renovated, although retaining the Mallorcan style thanks to its beautiful natural stone. It offers two distribution heights that include: a comfortable living room, with TV-SAT and a wood stove; a ceramic hob kitchen open to the dining area; a bathroom with a shower and two bedrooms with two single beds on the main floor. Going upstairs, they access a third bedroom with a double bed and television, and a second bathroom with shower. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. We will provide a high chair, a crib and two radiators if needed.

Being located very close to the highway, you may hear some sound from the rocking of vehicles, but this really plays in your favor because it offers the possibility of quick access to any point on the island. The farm is located approximately 1.9 km from Sant Llorenç des Cardassar, where they find all the essential services needed such as supermarkets, bars, restaurants and others. However, we recommend you to go to the villages at sea level and try a delicious paella in a good restaurant. The nearest beach is Cala Millor about 14.7 km away but there are other great beaches like S'Illot or Sa Coma.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season.
