The villa is very functional. You can relax in the living room watching satellite TV or reading a book. The kitchen has everything you might need during your holiday: coffee machine, gas stove, electric oven, fridge and a lot more, Of course you will find washing machine, iron and ironing board. There is space to park 3 cars at the patio.
The exteriors are beautiful: go outside and have a tempting barbeque, swim in the pool or just relax in the garden lying in one of the sun beds. The private pool measures 8 x 4 meters.
The house is only 500 meters from the closest village, Búger, and 5 km far from Sa Pobla, where you will find most of the things you will need during your stay: supermarket, medical center, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, etc. The beautiful village Pollença is also quite close. This place is worth a visit, you will enjoy its tiny cobbled streets with lots of shops, and you will be able to go up to Calvari, a tiny church on the top of the village, where you will enjoy the astonishing views of the surroundings.
In only 20 minutes driving by car you will reach the beach of Capellans / Can Picafort. Pass a pleasant day on the fine grained sand beach or enjoy a cocktail while watching the sun goes down. You will find a good Paella restaurant there, a typical Spanish rice dish with meat, vegetables and seafood. Very tasty and spectacular views included! Apart of this beach area discover the main beach of Can Picafort with its animated sea promenade, the quiet zone of Playa de Muro and the crystal clear waters of the beaches of the municipality of Alcúdia.
