This beautiful house with two floors has a private chlorinepool and has a size of 6m x 4 m and a depth ranging between 1.30 m and 1.80 m. The porch is furnished, you can spend great evenings where you can cook outside at the barbecue or just have a good talk.

The house has a size of 190 m 2 and has two floors. On the ground floor there is a cozy living room, where you can watch satellite TV, listen to music or just relax on the couch. The independent gas kitchen is fully equipped. Aswell there is washing machine, iron and ironing board. On the ground floor you can find aswell a bathroom with shower.

On the topfloor of the house you can find 3 bedrooms with two double beds, one equipped with air conditioning. If traveling with a baby we can provide you a babybed and a highchair. On this floor there is a bathroom with a bad. The house is equipped with central heating and has 3 fans.

Soller is a charming village located in the Sierra de Tramuntana. For people who like hiking there are many routes to make small excursions. You can visit the Port of Soller, where you can go with the Soller train, which is a railway of Old wood and over 100 years, completely preserved. The railway route is Palma-Port de Sóller. In the Port de Sóller you will find many shops with local products from the island.

The bars and restaurants are excellent, the Sóller prawns are the star dish of the area.
All around Sóller you will find charming small villages in the middle of the the Tramuntana, as Fornalutx, Biniaraix, Deia which are all worth visiting.
