This charming villa with private pool, located near Campos in the centre-south of Mallorca, welcomes 6-7 people.
This picturesque villa with stone-lined façade, typical Majorcan, features a private, 10 m x 5 m chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1.1 m to 2 m. Surrounded by a well-kept garden and a terrace with six sun loungers, it's an invitingly place for basking in the sun. The plot is totally fenced and there are various fruit trees where you can collect fresh lemons and oranges depending on the season. A spacious porch is just perfect for al-fresco dining, maybe a tasty barbecue. This nice house is independent, has total privacy and there are a few neighbours around.

When entering the property, there is a warmly decorated sitting-dining room where you can watch a film on the satellite-TV, listen to music or, especially during the winter, spend romantic moments by the fireplace. There is a fully-equipped kitchen with vitro hob, washer, iron and ironing board.

Two twin bedrooms and a double bedroom, all with fans and garden views, make this house ideal for six people. One bedroom even has access to the exterior. We can prepare a cot and a high chair for our youngest guests. In case you are seven people, we can prepare an extra bed. This amazing villa has two bathroom, both with bidet and bath tub. Three fans and three electric radiators complete the equipment.

Set between Campos and Felantix, this lovely house is perfect for those seeking tranquillity and relax. The centre-south of Mallorca is characterized by wheat fields, rolling hills and charming villages. Both Campos and Felanitx offer supermarkets and all necessary amenities for your stay. Fans of home-made food can eat in a celler, a typical Majorcan restaurant where the size of the plates as well as the flavour are big. In this region you will find several good cellers. Wednesday and Saturday takes place the market of Santanyí, where you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables, clothes and souvenirs.

A 20 minutes' drive takes you to the dreamlike, natural beach of Es Trenc with crystal clear waters and fine grained, white sand. This paradisal corner of Mallorca is lacking of noise, hotels and you'll enjoy the peaceful scenery, maybe while having a drink in a tiny beach bar. Eastwards you will find the natural park of Mondrago with two sand beaches, Cap des Moró and Cala S'Almonia, Portopetro and Cala d'Or. It's up to you where you go first!

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
