Welcome to this wonderful villa located in the northern part of Majorca, between Sa Pobla and Búger. It is the perfect choice for big families or groups of friends who seek a relaxing holiday in the countryside and some peace. Private swimming pool and WIFI.
The two-storey house, with 200 m2, has five bedrooms. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms and the other three bedrooms are located on the basement. There are two bathrooms, one fitted with shower and the other one with bath.
The environment of the house is very relaxing and it is perfect for the ones who need relax. You can sit in the living room and relax while reading a book, watching TV or surfing the internet (WIFI). The dining room is furnished with a huge table that fits 14 people and the kitchen is equipped with everything you may need during your stay: toaster, coffee maker, microwave, vitro ceramic hob, dishwasher, electric oven, fridge, etc. Obviously there is also a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

Outside it is wonderful. Make a barbecue, swim in the swimming pool or just sunbathe on the terrace. The porch is furnished with a table and seats for you to get together and enjoy meals outdoors. The private swimming pool has a size of 9x4 metres and a fencing to keep children away. Surrounding it there are four sunbeds. The plot has 7000 m2 with orange trees and other fruit trees from which you can collect depending on the season.

The villa does not have direct neighbours and its facilities are completely private. Pets are not allowed. There is parking space outside for up to six cars.

The house is just 2.5 km far away from the village of Sa Pobla, where you will find anything you might need during your stay: supermarket, health centre, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, etc. the wonderful village of Pollença is also quite close and it is worth a visit: you will enjoy its tiny cobbled streets with lots of shops, and you will be able to go up to Calvari, a tiny church on the top of the village, where you will enjoy the astonishing views of the surroundings.

In only 20 minutes driving by car you will reach the beach of Capellans / Can Picafort. Pass a pleasant day on the fine grained sand beach or enjoy a cocktail while watching the sun goes down. You will find a good Paella restaurant there, a typical Spanish rice dish with meat, vegetables and seafood. Very tasty and spectacular views included! Apart of this beach area discover the main beach of Can Picafort with its animated sea promenade, the quiet zone of Playa de Muro and the crystal clear waters of the beaches of Alcúdia

NOTE: The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According this law the property is available for seasonal renting. However, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use and enjoyment of the property.
