Precious rural house with pool situated between Campos and Colònia Sant Jordi. It is prepared for 4 persons, with possibility to sleep 7.
This house is the ideal place for families or groups of friends. It counts with two bedrooms: one on the ground floor, with a double bed, and one on the first floor, with two individual beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. In this bedroom there is a folding bed available, perfect for a child. The other two extra sleeping places are on a comfortable double sofa bed in the living room. The three extra sleeping places do not have any additional cost. Both rooms have air conditioning (warm/cold). There is another bathroom on the ground floor, with a shower.

The kitchen, living room and dining room are all in the same area. In the living room you will find two comfortable sofas to have a typical Spanish siesta, read one of the books available at the house or watch television. In the dining room there is a table with chairs to have a relaxing diner.
The kitchen is completely furnished with everything you might need to enjoy preparing a wonderful supper: electric stove and oven, water boiler, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, etc. This spacious room counts with two air conditioners (warm/cold and a wood stove. The wood is provided without any additional charges. There is an independent utility room with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

The outside of the house is marvelous: just step out on the terrace, prepare a barbeque, swim in the pool or relax sunbathing on one of the 6 sun beds. The porch of 55m2 is furnished with a table and chairs for a perfect summer night’s supper. One of the two terraces counts with a table and chairs, and has direct access to one of the bedrooms and to the front door. The second terrace is situated on the first floor and offers a spectacular view over the rural surroundings and mountains. The pool area has 250 m2 of grass ground, perfect for the kids to play. The pool is for private use and measures about 7,5m x 3,5m.

Our house counts with a covered parking for two cars and enough parking space outside.

One or two pets are welcome. The guest is responsible for any damage that their pets may cause, to either house or garden.

Our house is surrounded by rural environment. As far as the eye can see, you will see fields of grain, some small farms and old windmills and even a local cheese factory. The village of Ses Salines is about 4.8 km away. There you will find all necessary services, like supermarkets, pharmacy, bank and restaurants.

The nearest beach is Es Trenc, at 5km, which is one of the best beaches of Mallorca. It measures about 1,8km and has fine, white sand and crystalline waters. There are more beaches in Sa Ràpita and Colònia de Sant Jordi, where you will also find bars, restaurants and some touristic services as, for example, the ferry to the Natural Park of the Isle of Cabrera.

Palma de Mallorca is 45 km away, for museum visits, cultural and touristic outings, shopping and restaurants.

There is a private sauna. If you wish to use it, it has an extra cost of 10 € / day, to be paid on your day of arrival.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
