The outdoor areas are perfect for making the most of Mallorca's wonderful Mediterranean climate. The chlorine-treated swimming pool, measuring 8 x 3 metres and ranging from 0.50 to 2 metres deep, is ideal for a refreshing dip or simply relaxing on sunny days. The porch provides a lovely shaded spot during the hottest hours, perfect for leisurely breakfasts or enjoying dinner as the sun sets. For those who love cooking and dining together, the barbecue is located in a second kitchen, also equipped with a gas hob and a spacious dining area where everyone can gather and enjoy meals comfortably. An outdoor shower adds an extra touch of convenience after a swim in the pool.

The main living areas are all conveniently arranged on the ground floor, offering comfortable and welcoming spaces for a relaxing stay. The cosy living room, complete with a fireplace, Smart TV and air conditioning, is a lovely place to unwind after a day exploring the island. The dining area opens onto the living room, while the main kitchen features a gas hob for preparing delicious home-cooked meals. The house has three bedrooms, all with air conditioning and wardrobes: one with two single beds, another with a double bed, and a third with a double bed and a bunk bed for one. A cot is also available for younger guests. On the same floor, there is a family bathroom with a shower, bath and bidet. On the lower level (-1), accessed separately from outside the house, guests will find a small gym and a second bathroom with a shower. A separate laundry room with a washing machine, iron and ironing board provides added convenience throughout your stay.

Surrounded by peaceful countryside, the property offers a wonderful opportunity to experience authentic Mallorca while remaining within easy reach of the area's main attractions. Just 4.6 km away, the town of Manacor offers a great selection of restaurants, shops, traditional markets and places of interest, including the Rafa Nadal Museum. Around 16.7 km away, the charming coastal town of Porto Cristo is well worth exploring, with its lovely beach, picturesque harbour and famous Drach Caves. The east coast is also home to beautiful coves such as Cala Anguila and Cala Mendia, known for their crystal-clear waters. Golf enthusiasts can enjoy a round at Rotana Greens, just 8.9 km away, while the Via Verde route between Manacor and Artà offers a wonderful setting for walking and cycling. Due to the property's peaceful rural location, we recommend having your own vehicle to make the most of your stay.
