Information about Son pax petit
Magnificent villa with pool on the outskirts of Palma de Mallorca and it can accomodate 6 guests.
Ready to start the day with a refreshing and relaxing swim in the salt water pool? You can spend the morning enjoying its 8 x 4 meter and its meter and half depth. Then, you can not miss some delicious meat and vegetables prepared on barbecue and enjoyed under the porch overlooking the pool. And after a good dessert, the perfect plan is to lie back and relax on one of the 6 sun loungers. The plot is fenced and there are some neighbours in the proximity.
Distributing its spacious and comfortable rooms on one floor and equipped with gas central heating, this wonderful house offers a nice living room with satellite TV from which you can relax on one of the sofas or the armchair next to the fireplace in the coldest days. The open dining room with its robust dining table is the perfect place to enjoy a meal with family or friends. The kitchen, independent and with gas hob, has all the necessary appliances and utensils, as well as a pantry and a table with chairs for a quick breakfast or a snack while you are cooking. The laundry has an ironing board, an iron and a washing machine. There are three bedrooms with wardrobe. One it has two single beds and two other with one double bed each, although one of them also has an en-suite bathroom with shower. In addition, there is a bathroom with a bathtub that serves the entire house. If you need it, we will gladly prepare a cot and a high chair for your infant.
The property is located just outside the center of Palma, surrounded by fantastic and quiet residential areas and very close to the highway that connects to many routes to different parts of the island. Also just 800 meters away there is a bus stop for your convenience. As for shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, etc., of course the house is in a perfect place since the big city shopping areas at your disposal offer an infinite variety of all these services. If you love long walks, city visits, culture and excursions, let yourself be carried away by the cobbled streets of the center with its ornate patios, its mythical cafes, its churches and old buildings and, of course, the unique and majestic cathedral of La Seu. And for those who love the beach, the closest one is the small and heavenly cove of Illetes, which is located about 10 km from the property.
