Villa Son piris

This house is set near Es Llombards, just a few kilometers from the coast. It features a private pool and lot of space for 6 guests.
The exteriors comprise blossoming bushes, hedges and trees giving shade during hot summer days. Embedded in this idyllic scenery, the 8.5 x 4 meter sized chlorine pool with a depth ranging between 0.9 and 1.8 meters is just perfect for a cool swim. Spend a lazy afternoon basking in the sun on 6 loungers or having an aperitif on the terrace. Furthermore, there's a garden shower. If you fancy a tasty barbecue, there's a lovely porch which is just perfect for summer meals outside.

This 2-storey house offers bright and spacious interiors. The porch leads you to the living room, kitchen and dining area. If you fancy cooking, you can try new receipts in the kitchen, equipped with vitro hob. There's also a laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board. A shower bathroom and a bedroom with 2 twin beds and wardrobe is on the ground floor. We can provide a cot and a high chair if you travel with your baby. A staircase leads to the upper floor which consists in a bath with bathtub and 2 more bedrooms with double bed and wardrobe each. Both have access to a wonderful terrace. If you're planning to visit Mallorca in winter, this house counts with underfloor heating.

The house is about 900 meters from quiet and authentic Es Llombards. Take a stroll through the small alleys, have a coffee on the plaza and make your daily shopping in the small grocery shop in the town. The amazing beach Cap de Moró is a real jewel and only accessible by a steep staircase. Nearby, you can visit beaches like Cala S'Almonia, Cala Llombards or Cala Mondragó. If you visit us during spring, you can cycle and hike.

The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
