You will never forget your summer vacation in this Mediterranean finca located on the outskirts of Campanet. The private chlorine pool, sizing 6.5 x 4 metres and with 1 metre depth, is going to be your favourite place in this fantastic villa. The pool is surrounded by a wooden terrace where you can sunbathe on any of the 6 sun loungers, admire the privileged views over the mountains and the town, and quickly cool off in the outdoor shower that completes this area. A mobile barbecue is available for you to prepare delicious dishes al fresco and the modern terrace overlooking the pool is the best place for your family meals. The property is fenced and there are no direct neighbours.The best of it all is that the village square is just a short walk away.

When you enter, you feel the Mediterranean atmosphere all throughout this two-storey floor house. A cosy and air-conditioned living room invites to watch satellite TV, listen to some music or watch a DVD movie with your children. Light the wood stove during the autumn nights for a better comfort and charm. The kitchen is open to the dining area and has access to the terrace. It is equipped with a gas stove, kitchen utensils, a high chair, a dishwasher, a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. A bathtub bathroom and a double bed bedroom -with a fan and a closet- can also be found on the main floor.

You will find two more bedrooms upstairs, air-conditioned both of them. One comes with a double bed, an en-suite shower bathroom, a closet and space enough for a cot. The second bedroom features two twin beds and a closet. The house also has 4 fans and 1 electric radiator for each bedroom.

This finca is located in a quite environment, about 5 minutes walk from the centre of Campanet. This is a little and authentic village, perfect to enjoy your holiday surrounded by nature. You will have the possibility to start your hiking or biking excursions from the village, and Coves de Campanet or Ses Fonts Ufanes are undoubtedly a must visit. If the beach is what you are looking for, head north and visit the family-friendly beaches of Puerto Pollensa, Can Picafort, Playa de Muro and Puerto de Alcúdia only 15 – 20 minutes away.
