The surrounding lawn offers plenty of space to relax, soak up the sunshine or simply enjoy the peace and quiet. With its charming thatched roof, the veranda provides a lovely shaded spot to unwind at any time of day, while the gas barbecue is ideal for preparing delicious meals and spending leisurely evenings outdoors. An outdoor shower adds extra convenience after a dip in the pool. All this can be enjoyed in complete privacy, making it the perfect setting to escape the everyday routine.

Set over two floors, the house offers comfortable, welcoming spaces designed for a relaxing stay. The living room, with its Smart TV, is a lovely place to unwind after a day exploring the island, while the kitchen, equipped with a ceramic hob and dining area, has everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals together. There are three bedrooms, all with air conditioning and wardrobes. Two are on the ground floor, each with twin beds, while the main bedroom is upstairs and features a double bed, an en-suite bathroom with a bath and direct access to the terrace. On the ground floor, there is also a bathroom with a shower and a separate guest toilet. Families travelling with little ones will appreciate the cot and high chair provided. For added convenience, the kitchen also includes a laundry area with a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Nestled in a peaceful rural setting surrounded by woodland and nature, the property is a wonderful base for exploring the charms of north-eastern Mallorca. Just 4.5 km away is Artà, a picturesque town known for its traditional streets, inviting restaurants and lively weekly market. A visit to the Sant Salvador Sanctuary is well worth it for the stunning views across the surrounding countryside. Nature lovers can discover the walking and cycling trails of the Llevant Peninsula Natural Park, while those looking for a day by the sea will love Cala Torta, around 13 km away, and Cala Mitjana, both known for their crystal-clear waters and largely unspoilt surroundings. Golf enthusiasts can enjoy a round at Son Servera Golf Club, approximately 14 km from the property. It is an ideal location for combining peaceful days in nature with local culture, outdoor adventures and beautiful beaches.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season .The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay.
