Welcome to this wonderful rustic villa in Marratxí. It accommodates 10 people.
The beautiful exterior areas features large gardens, a salt pool of 10 x 6 m and a depth ranging from 1.2 to 1.7 m, two fully equipped porches and a barbecue. For nice entertainment, there is a mini soccer, a guitar and a piano.

The house of 280 m2 is distributed over two floors. It offers a typical Mallorcan rustic charm. There are 5 bedrooms; three on the ground floor, equipped with a double bed (one of them with air conditioning and en suite bathroom); and two on the 1st floor, one with double bed and air conditioning, and one with a bunk bed. One cot and a highchair are available on request. There are two bathrooms; one with shower on the ground floor, and one with bathtub on the 1st floor.

The living room is very cozy, furnished with one huge sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table, a TV-Sat, a dining table with chairs and a fireplace. The independent kitchen, with gas stove, has all the necessary utensils. A washing machine iron and ironing board are also available. There is oil central heating throughout the whole house.

Marratxí is a very charming village, located only 15 minutes from Palma, where you can find all kinds of local and international commerces. Shopping lovers will enjoy different malls and great multitude of shops. There are a variety of entertainment, both night and day. During the day, you can stroll through the beautiful streets of the city or along the promenade, visit "La Seu" (most important Cathedral of Palma) with magnificent sea views, walk in galley or bike, visit different museums or art galleries, "Castell de Bellver", etc. And at night, you can enjoy different tapas bars, clubs, bars, pubs, etc.

By car you can reach easily beautiful beaches and nearby villages such as Esporles, Valldemossa, among others. on the outskirts, there are different water parks like Aqualand, Westernpark, and you also can not miss a visit to Palma Aquarium.
