Welcome to this magnificent house located in the countryside, in Manacor. It can accommodate 9 people.
The exteriors are fabulous with great views of the countryside and nature. It has an eco-friendly pool of 8 x 3 m with a depth ranging from 0.45 m to 1.60 m. Since it is a natural swimming pool, it is well integrated in the environment and has a purification system which uses plants and gravel; so there are no chemical products. Water quality is similar to that of a lake or a river, and although it has a greenish appearance, it is completely clean.
The finca has 15,000 m2 of land, with different types of fruit trees such as almond, orange, lemon, etc. You can relax on any of the four loungers and take advantage of the tranquility of the area. There are two furnished terraces, one on the first floor (40 m2) and another on the ground floor (30m2). There is a barbecue too.
The house of 300 m2, distributed over two floors, has 4 bedrooms: one double on the ground floor and three on the first floor (one with four single beds and two doubles. All rooms have air conditioning and wardrobes. The house has three full bathrooms that serve the entire house: one with bath on ground floor and two with shower on the first floor. A cot is available on request.
The living-dining and the kitchen share the same space. You can relax on one of the sofas while watching satellite TV, reading or just resting. The dining space has a dining table with chairs. The open-plan kitchen, with a rustic charm, is fully-equipped and has a glass-ceramic hob. The separate laundry area has a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.
The house is just 6.3 km from Manacor and 2.8 km from Son Macià, a small village located in the countryside. In Manacor you will find all possible amenities. The sandy beaches of Cala Magraner or Cales de Mallorca are just about 12 km away. There you can spend a fantastic day and enjoy a cocktail while admiring the sunset. Portocolom and Mondragó Natural Park, on the contrary, are very quiet and genuine areas, worth visiting.
Do not miss the visit to the Caves of Drach, a set of four caves connected to each other formed by the action of the water inlet of the Mediterranean Sea. There is a large underground lake called Lake Martel (Llac Martel), about 115 m long and 30 m wide, where classical music concerts are offered daily. You can cross the lake by boat at the end of the concert. The east coast of the island, full of different coves and beaches, can comfortably be explored thanks to boat trips.
