Are you looking for a calm place in the countryside but close to the beach? Then this is the perfect place to spend your holiday! Welcome!
This is a cosy house of 120 m2 with 3 bedrooms and it is ideal for families with children or groups of friends. There are 2 bedrooms with a double bed and 1 bedroom with two single beds. On the first floor there is an en suite room and the room with single beds. The third room is on the ground floor, where you will find 2 more bathrooms with shower. There is no air conditioning in the house but we’ll be pleased to provide you with fans if you request them!
In this house you will feel at home. You can relax in the living room reading a good book or having a siesta. The dining area has a wooden table and chairs for 6 people. The kitchen, with access to the terrace, is fully furnished with everything you may need during your holiday: microwave, gas stove, fridge, washing machine and a lot more.
The furnished terrace counts with a spacious table and seats, perfect to celebrate a nice dinner with your friends and family and enjoy the views to the countryside. The private salt pool measures 7.5 x 3.8 meters and it is surrounded by 6 sun loungers. Enjoy your own piece of idyllic Majorcan countryside!
The house is located in Muro, just in the town limits, which means it’s a very quiet area. At the same time, its proximity to the centre allows you to get everything you need during your holiday: supermarket, ATM, pharmacy, sports area, bars and some local restaurants.
A 10 minute drive will take you to the nearest beaches: Can Picafort and Ses Casetes des Capellans. You can enjoy a pleasant sunny day in the sandy beach and have a delicious paella for lunch in one of the restaurants with sea views. Make the most of the day and have a cocktail at sunset! The seafront promenade of Can Picafort has a great offer of bars and restaurants and it always has a lively atmosphere. If you go direction Alcudia, you will find Playa de Muro, a quiet beach area with a protected sand dune are of ecological interest and shallow crystalline waters, ideal for children. It’s worth to go to Alcúdia or Pollensa and discover their numerous little coves!

See more Fantastic views, very well equipped with good quality appliances etc. Good location for playa de muro, alcudia, pollenca, arta etc. Palma about 45 minutes. Small Supermarket nearby in Muro but larger ones in Sa Pobla or Can Picafort about 10 or 15 minutes. Couple of restaurants in Muro but probably hundreds within 20 minutes at the coast or pollenca. Lovely terrace with BBQ area, lovely pool ideal for kids, very friendly owners. Had one minor problem which was attended to incredibly promptly, within 15 minutes.
