Enjoy a swim in the 11m x 5m private pool with a depth ranging from 0.8m to 1.7m or refresh yourself by having an exterior shower. Afterwards you may fancy basking in the sun on one of the loungers, reading a good book. Both the porch as the terrace are nice for making a barbecue. The plot is fenced and there are direct neighbors.

A cozy living area with satellite-TV and dining table is on the ground floor. If you like cooking, you will find everything you may need in the fully equipped kitchen, including a gas hob and a dishwasher. A laundry area with washing machine, iron and ironing board is available.

You can choose between four homey bedrooms with double bed and closet. Two of them come with a fan. A cot and a high chair are available on request. There are two shower bathrooms and a bath with hydro-massage bathtub.

The city of Inca is located in the heart of Mallorca and has everything you may need during your stay like bars, good restaurants and shops. Eat in a celler and try our tasty Majorcan cuisine! The Puig de Santa Magdalena Hill is famous for its panoramic views and it sets in the outskirts of Inca. A 30 minutes' drive takes you to dreamy beaches like Can Picafort, Playa de Muro and Puerto de Alcúdia.

Note: This property’s rent is carried out based on the Spanish legislation, specifically Law 29/1994 of 24 November on urban leases. For this reason, the property will be available for seasonal use. In this contract the lessee will not be offered any kind of tourist services. This contract only consists of the cession of the use and enjoyment of the property.
