Villa Torreta

Welcome to this lovely villa near Buger, in the centre of the island. The house has 120 m2 and it is ideal for families.
There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and AC and one with two single beds. Both rooms have Windows to the exterior, closets and enough space to put a cot if necessary. There are two bathrooms; one of them has access from the exterior and has the laundry stuff (washing machine, iron and ironing board).

The cosy living room with AC is the perfect place to watch satellite TV, surf the Internet (WIFI) or have a little rest. There is a big dining table so you can organize a meal with your family and friends. The open kitchen is equipped with toaster, microwave, coffee machine, electric oven, fridge and a lot more.

The exteriors are wonderful: swim in the pool, sunbathe, let the kid play around or have breakfast in the terrace. The House and terraces are surrounded by a 9000 m2 plot where you will find different kinds of fruit trees. Feel free to eat an apple straight from the tree! Pets are welcome! This beautiful house has a private tennis court.

The location of the house is perfect – it is in the centre of the island and so you can easily access everywhere. However, a car is necessary, as the house is 1.3 km away from the nearest bus stop in Búger. In this village you will find supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacy, bus stop, etc. The nearest hospital is in Inca (6.6 km).

In Inca you will find a huge offer of shops and restaurants (fresh fish, meat, pizza, pastas, sushi, tapas, tasting menus or traditional Majorcan food). There is a local market every Thursday in Inca and the town becomes a lively place.

By car, you can get to lovely beaches. Platja de Muro, Can Picafort, Port d’Alcúdia and Port de Pollença are just 20 minutes away. We as well recommend visiting Cala Sant Vicenç and the town of Pollença, where you can climb the 365 steps to El Calvari – it is hard but it is worth to do it!

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season.
