Comfortable villa with private pool and garden, ideal for 6 people, in Sa Pobla, a few kilometers away from the beach and Pollensa
The outside highlights thanks to the private chlorine pool and the furnished porch where you can make a barbeque with your friends. It sizes 8 x 4 meters and has a depth that goes from 1.2 to 2.2 meters. It invites to cool down during the summer hottest days. The spacious garden is the children's favourite place to play. Adults can lie down in one of the 4 sunbeds and enjoy the sun. The plot is fenced and the house is located in a quiet estate with some neighbours nearby.

The rooms of this Majorcan house are distributed on one single floor. The air conditioned living room is well equipped and invites to spend a relaxed evening watching films (TV Sat with Spanish and German channels) or a DVD with the little ones. The dining room and the kitchen (with ceramoc hob) are open to the living room. The laundry has a washing machine, an iron and an iron board.

Here you will rest in 3 bedrooms, two of them with two single beds, and the third with a double bed. All of them have a wardrobe and are air conditioned. One of them has an en suite bathroom with a bath tub, and there is also another bathroom with bath tub for the rest of the house. We can prepare a cot and a high chair for our little guests.

The property is located in the Cretatx estate, a quiet and familiar neighbourhood, 11 kms away from the beach of Alcudia, and 7.5 kms away from the golf course of Pollensa. In general terms, northern beaches have fine sand and there are many beach bars that invite to have a snack while watching the sunset. Supermarkets, restaurants and all needed services for an independent stay can be found in Sa Pobla. A car is needed.
