Located in Northern Alcudia, in Mal Pas, this summer house with private pool offers a quiet home for 8 - 12 people
If you don't feel like going to the beach one day, you can stay all day long at the private pool, sunbathing on one of the six sunbeds and enjoying the great Mediterranean weather. The chlorine pool sizes 6 x 2 metres and has a depth between 1 and 2 metres. Several terraces invite to prepare a barbecue or have a long breakfast with family and friends. You can use the exterior shower before and after swimming. Have a rest after a day full of activities at the chill out area, sharing a bottle of wine with your loved ones. The plot is fenced and it has direct neighbours since it is located within a quiet urbanisation.

You will live in a happy and well equipped environment here, with three floors and 208 m2. The terrace gives access to the air-conditioned living - dining room which includes a TV set (satellite channels), a sofa and a dining table where 12 people can have lunch all together. The open kitchen offers the standard equipment to cook simple dishes, with a ceramic hob, utensils, a coffee machine and oven among others. In addition, there is a dishwasher so that you don't have to care about the washing-up.The laundry includes a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. Also on the ground floor you can find two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with twin beds); Both have a wardrobe and a fan. The double bed bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub.

On the first floor there is a double bed bedroom with a fan, walk-in closet and an en-suite shower bathroom. It has access to a terrace with two sunbeds. Please note that the bedroom has no blinds and it is ideal for those who love waking up with the first sunbeams.

On the basement you will fond the last two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the second one with 4 single beds, and both with a fan and a wardrobe. A shower bathroom is available on this floor. If you are travelling with a baby we can prepare a cot and a high chair.

Northern Alcudia is a quiet and very Mediterranean area. The coast is mainly rocky, but there are some beautiful sandy coves like the so called Mal Pas. In addition you can visit La Victoria beach, Es Morer Vermell beach, and Puerto de Alcudia beach, only 3.5 km away. Alcudia village is renowned for its old wall, its amphitheatre and its street market which takes place on Tuesdays and Sundays. Not only in Alcudia but also in Puerto de Pollensa there are lots of shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bars and a variety of leisure offers. You can visit Capde Formentor and the lighthouse, play golf by the sea in Alcanada, spend a day at the Hidropark water park or have a walk till the Coll Baix cove.
