This wonderful villa offers spectacular outdoor areas. The green garden, countryside and mountains surround the house and a beautiful private saltwater pool. The pool measures 9.4 x 4.2 m and has a depth ranging from 1 to 1.7 m. Around the pool there are 8 sun loungers for soaking up the sun, as well as a parasol and a shade sail that provide pleasant shaded areas. The outdoor area also includes a porch equipped with a table and chairs for the 8 guests, ideal for enjoying breakfast, lunch or dinner outdoors, as well as a barbecue. In addition, the main porch invites you to relax on the outdoor sofa. For the little ones, there is a children’s playground in the garden where they can enjoy playing outside.

The house has two levels: the ground floor and floor -1. On the main floor, you will find a spacious living room with satellite TV, open to the kitchen-dining area, equipped with an induction hob. On each floor there are two bedrooms, one with two single beds pushed together and another with a double bed. All bedrooms have a wardrobe. A cot and a high chair are available. The house has two bathrooms, both with a shower, one on the main floor and the other on floor -1. There is air conditioning in all rooms of the house, and oil-fired radiators are available from December to April. The laundry area offers a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

The property is located on the outskirts of Alcúdia, just 1.1 km from the town centre. In Alcúdia you will find all the necessary services, such as bars, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. The nearest beach is Puerto de Alcúdia beach, just 2.3 km away. Alcanada Golf Course is 5.5 km away.

Air conditioning and heating are free from 12:00 to 15:00 and from 19:00 to 05:00. If you would like them available 24 hours a day, a supplement must be paid.
