Modern and wonderful house in Puerto de Alcudia with private pool and located less than 250 metres away from the beach of Playa de Muro. It offers accommodation for 5 people.
In this great residential house, you can choose between the beach, the private pool or simply a relaxing breakfast basking in the sun on the terrace while you admire the views to the mountains and the lake. In order to head for the beach, you just have to grab your towel, a cool drink and appetiser and ready to enjoy your day! However, you rather spend your day in the garden chlorine pool -sizing 5 x 2.5 metres and with a water depth that goes from 0.9 to 1.8 metres. Next to the pool, you find an exterior shower, an artificial lawn area with 4 sun loungers and a great furnished corner where you can enjoy a delicious barbecue followed by some drinks.

The building is an example of modernity and good taste comprising 2 floors. The main floor excels with its spacious living - dining - kitchen with air-conditioning, perfect to spend your time all together: chatting, resting, watching the TV-Sat or cooking succulent recipes to be enjoyed in the dining area with views to the garden. The washing machine, iron and ironing board are right here. Then, you find two bathrooms with a shower each, one on each floor. The top floor also offers the bedrooms which are equipped with air-conditioning. One has a double bed and a closet. The other one has twin beds, closet and exit to a beautiful little terrace. The last bedroom has a single bed, a dresser and a TV (no satellite channels). A baby cot and a high chair can be provided.

A nice and short walk leads to the paradisaical beach of Playa de Muro, a long extension of crystal-clear water and fine sand skirting the coast in both sides towards Puerto de Alcudia and Can Picafort. The area of Playa de Muro, located basically in the centre of the beach is pretty quiet although full of services and life when we have good weather. We recommend you visit the town of Alcudia, its ancient Roman remains of Pollentia and walk through the traditional street market that takes place on Tuesdays and Sundays.
