Located 240 metres away from the beach of Playa de Muro, in Puerto de Alcudia, this beautiful and modern house with private pool welcomes 5 guests.
This fantastic summer house is perfect to get off to a good start every day enjoying a delicious breakfast at the terrace whilst you decide if you rather stay at the private pool or head for the beach instead. You will reach the beach after a short walk, being it just a little farther than 200 metres away. Our guests will find this fact attractive but no less than the chlorine pool of the house which becomes a real oasis. It is surrounded by a beautiful artificial lawn with 4 sun loungers on it and it sizes 5 x 5.25 metres while the water depth ranges from 0.9 to 1.8 metres. In addition, there is an exterior shower where you can wash off before a succulent barbecue.

With two floors excelling in modernity and good taste, the accommodation surprises with a huge and homey living - dining - kitchen. It features air-conditioning and, as all spaces are together, it becomes the perfect scenery to spend family time or with friends, either watching the satellite TV, chatting or enjoying an appetiser whilst the family chef cooks on the ceramic hob. You will find the washing machine, iron and ironing board also in here. The main floor is completed with a shower bathroom. On the first floor, you will find a second bathroom and the three bedrooms, all of them equipped with air-conditioning. The first bedroom has a double bed and a closet. The second bedroom has twin beds, a closet and exit to a cosy terrace with views to the lake. The last bedroom has a single bed, a small wardrobe and a TV (no satellite channels). A baby cot and high chair can be provided.

Playa de Muro is a coastal area in Puerto de Alcúdia pretty quiet but still full of life during the summer season. It becomes a paradise full of bars, cafes, ice-cream parlours, all kinds of good restaurants, fashion, shoe and souvenir shops, supermarkets and more. The beach skirts the coast for several kilometres of crystal-clear water and white sand but you reach the beach in Playa de Muro in 240 metres. You can visit the golf course in Alcanada (15 km away) if you feel like a different activity or the street market in Alcudia that takes place on Tuesdays and Sundays.
