Lovely villa located in the countryside in Manacor, with views. It accommodates up to 6 people.
Upon accessing the accommodation you will find a magnificent 10.7 m2 furnished porch, on the front facade and where you can share unforgettable moments with family and friends. There is a saltwater pool of 9 x 4 m and a depth ranging from 2.00 m to 0.90 m. Around the pool there is a shower, four deck-chairs and two umbrellas. There is a fixed barbecue and a wood oven ideal for cooking outdoors. The outdoor spaces have a paved area of 100 m2 and a lawn with a vegetable garden of 35 m2. There is a slide for the little kids. The privacy is total and there are two parking spaces.
The living-dining room, with fireplace and air conditioning, is the perfect place for relaxing while watching satellite TV, listening to music or reading. The separate kitchen is fully equipped and has a gas cooker. The laundry area is separate and has a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There are three bedrooms: two twin’ and one double. All rooms have wardrobes and air conditioning. A cot is available on request. This villa has two bathrooms, one inside the house with a bath and one outside with a shower.
The house is situated in the area of Manacor, one of the most important towns of the island. Manacor is known for its pearl and furniture production, the Caves of Drach and the Caves of Hams. Monday is market day in Manacor and you can buy local products. Some of the nearest beaches are S'Illot, Porto Cristo, Cala Anguila, Cala Mendia, S'Estany d'en Mas, Cala Antena, Es Domingos Grans, Es Domingos Petits and Cala Murada. If you just want to enjoy water sports, such as windsurfing, paddle surfing, or sky surfing, you can do it in the beach of Cala Millor.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. TIPS & PRECAUTIONS
- Please do not turn on all electrical appliances at the same time in order to overcharge electric network.
- Please, remember to turn off the lights when leaving the house.
- Please use the drying rack in order to hang up the towels and do not hang up them over the balcony railing.
- Please do not deposit hot pans or pots on any place other than the cooktop.- Do not leave food outside cabinets or refrigerators in order to avoid insects inside the house.
- Do NOT eat outside cabinets or refrigerators to avoid attracting insects inside.
- Please, do not smoke inside the accommodation.
