Information about Villa fernando
Lovely villa located in the countryside in Manacor, with views. It accommodates up to 6 people.
Upon accessing the accommodation you will find a magnificent 10.7 m2 furnished porch, on the front facade and where you can share unforgettable moments with family and friends. There is a saltwater pool of 9 x 4 m and a depth ranging from 2.00 m to 0.90 m. Around the pool there is a shower, four deck-chairs and two umbrellas. There is a fixed barbecue and a wood oven ideal for cooking outdoors. The outdoor spaces have a paved area of 100 m2 and a lawn with a vegetable garden of 35 m2. There is a slide for the little kids. The privacy is total and there are two parking spaces.
The living room with fireplace and air conditioning is the ideal place to relax watching satellite TV, listening to music or reading a good book. The dining room is situated in the same room as the living room and there you can enjoy sharing unforgettable moments with your loved ones. The kitchen is independent, it has a gas cooker and you will be able to prepare any dish you can think of. The laundry area is independent and has 1 washing machine, 1 iron and 1 ironing board. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 of them with 1 double bed each and 1 with 2 single beds. All bedrooms have wardrobes and there is access to 1 cot for the little ones if needed. In this villa there are 2 bathrooms, one inside the house with bathtub and a new one outside with shower. The house has air conditioning in the bedrooms and in the living-dining room.
The house is situated in the area of Manacor, one of the most important towns of the island. Manacor is known for its pearl and furniture production, the Caves of Drach and the Caves of Hams. Monday is market day in Manacor and you can buy local products. Some of the nearest beaches are S'Illot, Porto Cristo, Cala Anguila, Cala Mendia, S'Estany d'en Mas, Cala Antena, Es Domingos Grans, Es Domingos Petits and Cala Murada. If you just want to enjoy water sports, such as windsurfing, paddle surfing, or sky surfing, you can do it in the beach of Cala Millor.

The location was ideal for us, 3 minute drive to the main town but also very quiet and only 15 minutes away from the beach. The outside area of the villa is stunning.The only minor gripes for us were that the barbecue had seen better days and that the kitchen was very small. We ate out a lot but if you were regularly trying to feed a family of five or six it would be a bit of a challenge.

Owner fantastic, quiet country setting, gorgeous garden and although too cool when we were there, the pool is a definite plus. We got fresh eggs from the owner and some fresh lemons and oranges from the trees. Any issues we had were immediately addressed.The weather wasn’t great (cold and extremely windy) but the house was fine.

L'intérieur de la maison est plus rustique, mais les équipements sont très corrects et suffisants; Surtout la literie est très bonne. Fernando est venu nous rencontrer le 1er jour et entretenir le jardin 2 ou 3 fois dans la semaine, mais sans être intrusif. Nous avons également eu quelques attentions de sa part, comme une bouteille de vin et une brique de lait à notre arrivée, ainsi que des oeufs frais directement des poules de la villa qu'ils nous a ramené. La villa est située un peu à l'extérieur de Manacor, donc bien au calme. Les commerces sont rapidement accessibles en voiture cependant, et les 1ères plages sont à 15 mn environ. Sur la villa et Fernando, RAS. Par contre, bien que la réservation et le paiement soit via Booking, c'est Homerti qui gère ensuite le processus de de check-in/check-out de la maison, via un site web et des interlocuteurs non francophones, ce qui peut compliquer ces procédures si vous ne parlez pas espagnol ou Cependant, les interlocuteurs ont été très cordiaux et efficaces.

Die Unterkunft hat mallorquinischen Stil und hat einen schönen Garten, jedoch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Uns hat der Stacheldrahtzaun und die Stromleitung gestört. An Ausstattung ist alles zu genüge vorhanden und man ist schnell zu Fuß beim Eroski, in Porto Cristo oder Manacor. Der Pool war auch sehr schön sowie der Blick ins Grün.

Die Villa ist perfekt gelegen, ausreichend groß, sehr sauber und das ganze Grundstück sehr schön angelegt und top gepflegt. Der Pool ist perfekt sauber und das ohne Chlor. Fernando hat sich super um uns gekümmert, uns herzlich empfangen wie auch verabschiedet. Die Zimmer sind alle gut eingerichtet, bequem und sauber. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und werden bestimmt wieder kommen! Wir waren mit Baby und Hund unterwegs und können diese Unterkunft nur jedem empfehlen!!! Alles Perfekt!
The villa is perfectly located, sufficiently large, very clean and the entire property is beautifully landscaped and well maintained. The pool is perfectly clean and without chlorine. Fernando took great care of us, welcomed us warmly and said goodbye. The rooms are all well furnished, comfortable and clean. We had a great vacation and will definitely come back! We were traveling with a baby and dog and can only recommend this accommodation to everyone!!! Everything perfect!

See more Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Casa Fernando! Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und zur Begrüßung hat die Familie uns verschiedene Aufmerksamkeiten bereitgestellt. Neben dem typischen mallorquinischen Gebäck gab es einen Obstkorb mit frischen Früchten sowie eine Packung Milch und jeweils eine Flasche Wasser und Wein. Da wir kein Spanisch sprechen haben wir über die Google Übersetzungsfunktion per Handy und mit Händen und Füßen kommuniziert. Das hat sehr gut geklappt und alle Fragen konnten beantwortet werden. Der Vermieter kommt alle paar Tage nach dem Rechten schauen und tauscht auch Handtücher und Bettwäsche bei Bedarf aus. Das Ferienhaus liegt etwas fernab der Stadt, diese ist aber zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Was für uns etwas ungünstig war, das es ein Stück weit keinen Gehweg gibt und wir mit dem Buggy bis zur nächsten Kreuzung über die Landstraße gehen mussten. Man kann aber auch das kleine Stück mit dem Auto fahren und ab dem Schwimmbad weiter zu Fuß gehen. Das Ferienhaus ist liebevoll und reichlich ausgestattet. Die Betten sind frisch überzogen, Handtücher werden sowohl zum Duschen als auch zum Schwimmen bereitgestellt. Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen, Fön, Toaster und Kaffeemaschine sind vorhanden. Gewürze, Öl usw. kann man sich nach Bedarf selbst besorgen. Geschäfte gibt es ringsum reichlich. Für Urlauber mit Kleinkindern ist es evtl. hilfreich zu wissen das es in Manacor einen Müller Drogeriemarkt mit deutschen Produkten gibt. Ansonsten empfehlen wir zum Einkauf den Supermarkt Mercadona in der Placa Ramon Llull in der Stadt. Gerade was Grillfleisch angeht wird man hier sicher fündig und die Preise sind sehr fair. Leider haben wir diesen Markt zu spät für uns entdeckt. Ringsum gibt es auch viele Bar\\\'s und Cafe\\\'s zum verweilen und der Wochenmarkt findet dort statt. Die Außenanlage ist sehr schön hergerichtet und was uns sehr gut gefallen hat war, das der Poolbereich mit einem Zaun abgegrenzt war. So konnte unsere Tochter bedenkenlos rennen und toben. Wir haben uns 10 Tage sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten trotz zwei Tagen schlechtem Wetter einen sehr schönen Urlaub! Wir sind immer noch sehr begeistert von der Casa Fernando. Gerade für Leute die Ruhe und Natur suchen genau das Richtige!wir möchten uns nochmal ganz herzlich für Ihre Gastfreundschaft und den sehr schönen Aufenthalt bei Ihnen bedanken!Neele mag ihr Stofftier sehr gerne! We had a very nice stay at Casa Fernando! The welcome was very warm and the family provided us with various welcome amenities. In addition to the typical Mallorcan pastries, there was a fruit basket with fresh fruit as well as a carton of milk and a bottle each of water and wine. Since we don't speak Spanish, we communicated with our hands and feet using the Google translation function on our cell phones. This worked very well and all questions were answered. The landlord comes every few days to check that everything is going well and also replaces towels and bed linen if necessary. The holiday home is a bit far from the city, but it is easily accessible on foot. What was a bit inconvenient for us was that there was no sidewalk for a stretch and we had to take the buggy across the country road to the next intersection. You can also drive the short distance by car and continue on foot from the swimming pool. The holiday home is lovingly and amply equipped. The beds are freshly made and towels are provided for both showering and swimming. Dishwasher, washing machine, iron, hairdryer, toaster and coffee machine are available. You can get spices, oil, etc. yourself as needed. There are plenty of shops all around. For holidaymakers with small children it may be helpful to know that there is a Müller drugstore with German products in Manacor. Otherwise, we recommend the Mercadona supermarket in Placa Ramon Llull in the city for shopping. When it comes to grilled meat, you're sure to find what you're looking for here and the prices are very fair. Unfortunately, we discovered this market too late. There are also many bars and cafes around and the weekly market takes place there. The outdoor area is very nicely decorated and what we really liked was that the pool area was fenced off. This meant our daughter could run and play without any worries. We felt very comfortable for 10 days and had a very nice holiday despite two days of bad weather! See more Unsere Woche im Casa Fernando war traumhaft schön! Das Haus, der Pool, die Terasse und der Garten sind mit viel Liebe hergerichtet und man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Der Besitzer Fernando hat uns die Schlüssel übergeben und war immer als Ansprechpartner verfügbar. Er hat uns auch den hauseigenen Holzofen für hausgemachte Pizza hergerichtet. Außerdem gab es Frisches aus seinem Garten. Das Haus liegt ruhig, einen Fußmarsch von Manacor entfernt, es gibt kaum Nachbarn und man ist ganz für sich. Die Via Verde ist zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ein Fahrradverleih in der Nähe bietet die Möglichkeit Räder zu bekommen und damit schöne Touren zu fahren. Ein Supermarkt ist in 10 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Mit dem Mietwagen ist man schnell an schönen Buchten an der Ostküste (unser Favorit war die Cala sa Nau) und in den Bergen. Wir können gar nicht ausdrücken wie schön der gesamte Aufenthalt war und bedanken uns sehr herzlich für die gute Organisation und bei dem netten Fernando! Wir kommen mit Sicherheit nochmal!
Our week at Casa Fernando was wonderful! The house, the pool, the terrace and the garden have been prepared with a lot of love and you immediately feel at home. The owner Fernando gave us the keys and was always available as a contact person. He also set up the in-house wood-fired oven for us to make homemade pizza. There was also fresh produce from his garden. The house is in a quiet location, a walk from Manacor, there are hardly any neighbors and you are completely alone. The Via Verde can be reached on foot. A bike rental nearby offers the opportunity to get bikes and go on beautiful tours. A supermarket can be reached in 10 minutes on foot. With a rental car you can quickly reach beautiful bays on the east coast (our favorite was Cala sa Nau) and in the mountains. We can't express how wonderful the entire stay was and would like to thank the nice Fernando for the good organization! We will definitely come again!
See more Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und wir wurden mit Obst und Wein, Milch und Saft im Kühlschrank empfangen. Wir durften sogar eine Stunde früher das Haus beziehen. Die Küchenausstattung ist überkomplett was das Geschirr angeht. Der Ort Manacor ist sehr nett, da es sehr viele Restaurants gibt, die vor allem von Einheimischen besucht werden. Auf dem Marktplatz herrscht immer reges Treiben. Der Pool ist ausgesprochen sauber gewesen. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und es entsprach alles den Angaben.

The kitchen equipment is very complete when it comes to dishes. The town of Manacor is very nice because there are a lot of restaurants that are mainly visited by locals. There is always a lot of activity in the market square. The pool was extremely clean. The location is very quiet and everything corresponded to the information.

See more Wir haben mit 5 Erwachsenen und einem Kleinkind eine Woche in der Unterkunft verbracht. Die Unterkunft ist perfekt ausgestattet, mit allem was man braucht und auch die Lage ist super. Man hat dort seine Ruhe, ist aber innerhalb von 2 Minuten mitten in Manacor. Das Außengelände ist sehr groß, sehr gepflegt und lädt mit den Sitzmoglichkeiten zum Verweilen ein. Die Zimmer sind nett eingerichtet und alles war Tip top sauber!!! Der Besitzer hat uns sehr nett und herzlich empfangen und auch verabschiedet. Wir alle haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und werden beim nächsten mal wieder dort unseren Urlaub verbringen. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an das gesamte Team, das stets schnell auf Fragen geantwortet hat und ebenfalls ein Dankeschön an den Besitzer, der diese tolle Unterkunft zur Verfügung gestellt hat!!!
