This house is perfect for families with children or groups of friends. It has four double bedrooms, one of which is fitted with a double bed and an en suite bathroom. The other three bedrooms have two single beds each. There is another bathroom with shower.
The house is equipped with ducted air-conditioning in all the rooms.
In the living room there is a sofa and two armchairs, the right place to relax, read a book or just watch TV. The dining area, in the same space, is furnished with a table and seats for you to get together and enjoy your meals.
The kitchen is fitted with all the utensils and electric appliances you may need during your stay: dishwasher, vitro ceramic hob, electric oven, fruit squeezer, fridge with freezer, etc. There is another dining area in the kitchen. The laundry area is in this room too. From the kitchen it is possible to go outside to the terrace and the swimming pool area.
Outside is spacious and very nice. Enjoy the garden, swim in the private swimming pool, make a barbecue or just relax and sunbathe on the sunbeds. The place is perfect for summer holidays!
There is a garage where you can park the cars.

Ciutadella municipality counts with 21 different beaches. You can find urban beaches or very rural, unspoilt beaches. Relax seekers come to Minorca and love enjoying the crystal clear waters but the ones who look for some entertainment also find it especially if they stay in Ciutadella. In the centre there are many cafes and bars where to meet people and drink something. If you feel like staying until later then the place to go is the port, where most of the discos are located. Touristic areas also offer a wide range of possibilities regarding what to do during your holiday.
