This fantastic villa offers a spacious, paved terrace in front of the house, with a seating area between the palm trees, and a 5m x 4m chlorine pool (with a depth ranging from 1-1,70m) behind the house. There are 4 sun loungers ready for you to enjoy the mediterranean sunshine and relax after a refreshing dive in the pool. On the porch next to the pool, you will surely rejoice some marvellous afternoons with your friends or family, as there is a barbecue and a dining table, for outdoor dining and wining, as the sun sets and the stars come out. The garden is fenced and there are direct neighbors.

The 250m2 villa is distributed over two floors and counts with 6 bedrooms, which makes it a great holiday home for groups of friends or cyclists, for example. On the ground floor, you will find a very comfortable living- and dining room, with a huge sofa, television, a fireplace and a dining table for 6. In the kitchen, there is another dining table for 4 persons. The kitchen works with gas and counts with an electric oven, a dishwasher and all necessary utensils to prepare your favourite dishes. In the storeroom, there is a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. Three of the six bedrooms are situated on the ground floor: one with a double bed, an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and with access to the garden, one with two single beds and another with one single bed. There is one bathroom with a shower for general use of the house.

The other three bedrooms, on the first floor, count with one single bed each. One of them has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, as well as access to the terrace with views on the pool. All bedrooms (except for one) are equipped with a wardrobe and a fan. The whole house is equipped with central heating, which makes it perfect, also during colder days. On request, we can prepare a baby bed and a high chair.

This villa is situated in the quiet neighbourhood “El Amanecer”, with easy access to the highway and only a ten-minute drive away from the capital’s city centre. Near the house, at only 500m, you will find an area with shops, a supermarket and restaurants. Palma, as a capital city, offers all kinds of cultural and leisure activities: museums, art galleries, shops, restaurants and you can even do a “courtyard-route” through the old town. Within half an hour by car, you can reach Sóller, where you might want to take the old tram to the harbour and the beach, and enjoy a local ice-cream or fresh orange juice from the valley. The nearest beaches are Cala Major or Playa de Palma, at each side of the city.
