Villa Oleander is a very stylish modern house with 3 bedrooms. It sits on a hill and has amazing views of the sea and sunsets over Cala Tarida bay. The house is private and safe, and it's near some of the best beaches on Ibiza, like Cala Conte and Cala Bassa. The charming villages of San Augustin and San Jose are not far away, and you can easily get to the center of Ibiza Town, which has lots of places to have fun at night.

Outside, there are many places to relax in the sun or shade. You can swim in the private pool, have a drink, and enjoy the view of the countryside and sea. You can cook on the fancy BBQ and eat outside too. There's a place to play table tennis, a place for a game like boules, and a fun area for kids with a trampoline, play tower, slide, and swing, all in the pretty Mediterranean garden.

The house has been fixed up in a way that keeps its original beauty. It has a cool and artistic feel all through it. Each room has its own special style. The mix of old and new stuff makes sure you have everything you need. The big living spaces get lots of sunlight. There are also quiet spots where you can relax after a great day in Ibiza. The kitchen is modern and has all the best tools you'd expect. There's even a gym if you want to stay fit while you're on vacation.

Cleaning service happens for 4 hours every Tuesday and Thursday.
