Villa Simona is a special place not far from Ibiza, a historic farmhouse that's more than 400 years old and has a size of 600 square meters. This fancy old house has been made new again, and it's in a quiet place where you won't be disturbed. There's a gate that opens with a special key. It has amazing views of Formentera, Ibiza, and the harbor. If you drive a car, you can get to the airport in 15 minutes and to Ibiza Town and the port area in 5 minutes. The whole piece of land is 173,198 square meters.

Outside, there's a curved pool that's 25 meters long, and it has a big area around it with chairs to lie on, a place to cook on the grill, and a place to get clean. The land has lots of trees with fruit. There's also a tennis court on the property where you can play and a nice place to cook with a barbecue and an oven that uses wood. From the big pool, you can see all of Ibiza, the sea, Talamanca Bay, Salinas, and Formentera. On the rooftop, there's also a hot tub. Even though this place is big, you won't be seen from outside and you'll have your privacy.
