Enjoy this fantastic property in Ibiza with sea views for 10 people.
This is a new villa with a view of the sea and amazing sunsets. It's facing west. The inside has really nice and fancy furniture, with a modern design and special things from Bali. It's in a safe neighborhood with security watching all the time, 24 hours a day. It's just a short drive from the most beautiful beaches on the island like cala Conta, cala Bassa, and cala Tarida. These beaches have cool places to hang out, and they're great for families too. It's on the West Coast close to a village called San Jose, about 10 minutes away by car.

The villa is pretty big, around 430 square meters, and it's on a piece of land that's 1050 sqm. There's a private pool that's really big, 15 m x 11 m, with cool lights that change colors and salt in the water. There are places to relax by the pool with chairs, sofas, umbrellas, and a table to eat under a covered area.

There are 4 nice bedrooms on the ground floor with big comfy beds for 8 people. One of the rooms has 2 single beds that can be put together. All of them have a way to get outside into the green area around the villa. There are also 5 nice bathrooms on the ground floor, some with showers and one with a bathtub.

There's another bedroom in the basement with its own bathroom and a shower. Down there, you can find a big laundry room with two washing machines and two dryers. The kitchen has everything you need, like a microwave, a big fridge, and a dishwasher. There's also another smaller kitchen you can use from outside.

There's a big table inside that can fit 10 to 12 people. The living room has sofas, comfy chairs, and a fireplace. The whole villa has air conditioning, and you can use the internet and watch TV. There's a special place to park your car inside, just for you.

If you need help, there's someone to help you called a concierge. There's also a gym and a spa you can use if you stay here, it's next to the villa.
