Spectacular property divided into 2 buildings (the main one is a two-story one) located in the vicinity of a residential field area of Pedreguer. It offers wonderful views of the countryside, mountains and village and it can comfortably accommodate 8 people, plus 6 extra spaces at no additional cost.

The chlorine pool of the property is located between the 2 buildings; it has a size of 15m2 and a depth of 1.9m. Around the pool there is an outdoor shower 1 umbrella and 3 chairs to relax in the sun. As a whole, the paved area of the property measures 160m2, and the private lawn one 100m2. In order to enter the property you have to go through the 25m2 porch, from which you can enjoy the wonderful views it offers. You reach this porch by climbing the stairs on the side of the building, and the property’s GF cannot be accessed. The barbecue is set right on the side of the second building, and there you will enjoy cooking any dish you want outdoors. In this property you can park a total of 6 vehicles and the privacy is considered total.

In order to access to the main house, you have to go through the upstairs porch. There, you will find the air-conditioned living room where you can disconnect watching satellite television, a DVD movie, listening to music or through a good read. The property’s dining room is independent and also ideal to share unforgettable moments with your loved ones. The furnished kitchen with induction system stove is independent and there you will be able to create any dish you want. The laundry area is separate and it has 1 washer, 1 iron and 1 ironing board. There are a total of 4 bedrooms, all in the main building’s 1st F with 1 double bed each (2 of the bedrooms have wardrobes). There are a total of 6 extra spaces at no additional cost in the house, 4 of them on a double folding bed and the other 2 in the sofa bed; you must also take into account that you have access to 1 crib if needed. As a whole, the property has central heating in the main building and air conditioning in the living room of the main house and in the second building located next to the pool. In the main building there are 2 bathrooms, both with bathtub and 1 en suite. The second building has a large living room to share unforgettable moments with family and friends, and 1 bathroom with shower.

Pedreguer is a town with many places to discover, situated very close to both the sea and the mountains. This is a modern town in the Marina Alta with many places to visit while enjoying the friendly people, the beauty of the landscape, and the richness of the land. Pedreguer, with nearly one hundred associations, has a wide range of cultural, sporting and social activities: music, theater, dance and entities that supply it in a very wide and varied range of activities which complement everything the city already offers. As far as practicing sports in concerned, mountain and nature lovers can enjoy the lovely tours of Pedreguer through the Montgó Natural Park, with its many rural buildings such as banks, houses, fountains, a diverse flora and an important fauna. In addition, Pedreguer is 7 minutes from Denia, where you will have the opportunity to practice water sports such as diving in the spectacular beaches, sailing, kite surfing and you can also play tennis or golf on the golf course of La Sella which is situated only 7km away. In Pedreguer, every Sunday you can also visit one of the largest markets in the area, where you will find everything you need.
