2 story villa, located in a residential complex of the coastal area of Alcudia. It overlooks the village and the mountains and it can comfortably accommodate 8 people.

Once you enter the property, you will find a fantastic 20m2 front porch, which gives you direct access to the home’s living room, where you can enjoy great meals and dinner with your family. The property’s paved area has a total dimension of 21m2 and in one side of the house you have access to 2 sunbeds and 1 umbrella where you can relax in the sun. In the rear of the house you will find the magnificent 28m2 furnished porch in which, aside from being able to meet with your relatives and friends, you can also make use of the wood oven, dazzling this way your loved ones. In the 1stF there is a fantastic 8m2 terrace which can be accessed through 2 of the bedrooms. On the property’s top level there is 1 terrace where you can hang clothes and, if you wish, use as solarium. Please, take into account that this villa is located a few meters from the road, so you may hear noise. The privacy of this property is partial and has 1 spot to park your car on the outside.

Once you enter the property you will find the spacious living-dining room. In this room you can relax and get away from daily routine watching television or through a good read. The dining room is the ideal place to share endless after-eating talks with family and friends. The furnished kitchen with gas stove is independent and it has everything you need to delight your guests with your fantastic creations. The laundry area is also independent it offers you 1 washing machine, 1 iron and 1 ironing board. There are a total of 4 bedrooms on the property, 3 of them with 1 double bed and 1 with 2 single beds. All bedrooms are located on the 1st F and have wardrobes. If you need it, there is 1 crib available for younger children and there are 2 full bathrooms, 1 with a shower on the GF and the other on the 1st F with a bathtub.

The setting of this property is the coastal area of Alcudia; this home is only 200m from the sea. Besides enjoying the beautiful fine, white sand beaches which offers this specific area, very close to the property there is a school where you can practice sports such as kite surfing or padelsurf. One of the excursions that we recommend is the one to the Victoria shrine, through which you can enjoy the fantastic views of the Mallorca's northern coast. In the town of Alcudia we invite you to visit the city center as there are a variety of Medieval and Renaissance monuments and remains, without neglecting the great wall. Pollença town is just 8 km away and there you can climb the mountain of Calvari (must go up a total of 365 steps to reach the top, one for each day of the year) from which can enjoy the fantastic views of the village.
