Surrounded by the beautiful mountains of Pollença you will discover the beauty and comfort of a home that will make your holidays an unforgettable experience.
This 2-storey house has 200 m2 and it is ideal for families or groups of friends. There are four rooms: three of them have a double bed while the other one has two single beds. One of the rooms with double bed has en suite bathroom with shower. In addition, there are two more bathrooms (one with shower and one with bath tub).

The house has two sitting rooms with fire place; they both are equipped with comfy sofas and armchairs where you will be able to use WIFI, watch satellite TV, watch a DVD or just have a little ‘siesta’. One of the sitting rooms is particularly beautiful, as the walls are made of Majorcan stone and it has wooden beams ceiling, which gives this place a warm and rustic atmosphere.

The independent kitchen is equipped with everything you might need during your holiday: electric oven, vitro ceramic hob, fridge and a table with four chairs for your daily meals. If there are more dinner guests, you will be able to use the big wooden table for 8 people in the well-lighted dining room.

The outdoor spaces of the house are really beautiful; the whole plot has 35000 m2. The 50 m2 terrace is very well decorated with Mediterranean plants and there is a little patch with fruit trees that you can pick if it is the season. In the 20 m2 porch there is a table with chairs where you can organize summer meals, as there is a BBQ as well! The chlorine pool is 4 x 8 meters large and it is surrounded by sun beds where you can relax and enjoy the weather. Take a dip in the pool while enjoying the incredible views to the mountains!

This beautiful house is located within the limits of Serra de Tramuntana, UNESCO World Heritage Site. The area is very quiet and it is the perfect place for adventure lovers that want to spend their times hiking, cycling, etc. all year long. If you prefer other kind of sports, the Golf Club Pollença is only 1.5 km away.

Pollença is just 3.7 km far away and is one of the most beautiful villages in northern Mallorca. It was one of the favourite places for painters and artists to settle in the island. Pollença invites you enjoying summer nights with its history, narrow streets and old traditions. There are also concerts around town, art exhibitions, bars, shops and restaurants in the main square with open air terraces that are always bustling. The most well-known sightseeing spots in Pollença are the roman bridge and the Calvari, which is a tiny church on the top of a hill in the middle of Pollença. You have to climb up 365 steps to get there but the views are really worth it!

In 15 minute drive you can quickly get to the beaches of Port de Pollença, Cala Sant Vicenç and Formentor. All those are fine grained sand beaches with crystal clear waters and not really deep waters, what make them perfect for children. You can also join many sports and activities such as sailing, kayaking, diving or fishing. There is also the marina, where you will see all the luxury yachts and the colourful and tiny fishing boats from the locals. In the sea promenade you can delight yourself with the wonderful views from the bay while having a drink in one of the many cafes or restaurants you can find there.

Pollença and Port de Pollença offer many shops with different kinds of local and hand made products. On Sundays there is market in Pollença and on Wednesdays in Port de Pollença, where you can get to know the locals.

Wonderful house close to Pollensa

I've just come back from Can Guillo where I stayed for two weeks with my family and another family. It was wonderful. A beautiful remote setting despite only being a 4 minute drive from Pollenca (8 euros in a taxi at night). We had mountain views on 3 sides plus a view of Puig de Maria - an ancient monastery on the hill by Pollenca. We were surrounded by orchards, goats and sheep - the only sound at night was crickets and tinkling goat bells. The finca is beautiful - huge rooms, a well equipped kitchen with all mod cons and a utility room. Including an outside bathroom there were 4 bathrooms/toilets which was fab. What we loved most of all was the outside space: two places to sit and eat, one under a giant sail and the other in a stone room with its front open - a wonderful cool space; seating area with wicker furniture and comfy cushions in a shady area by the pool and sunbeds by the pool; and the pool of course which was beautiful - it felt pretty big and was deep enough to jump and dive in plus it lit up in the evening. The whole finca was spotlessly clean and felt very luxurious. Wifi was great too. A cleaner came in twice a week and left it even more spotless. This is a beautiful area to stay in and the finca was perfect. We saw the owner a few times and he was incredibly helpful. It was fascinating to hear about how he'd renovated it himself. He's done a wonderful job. We hope to return - it comes very VERY highly recommended.
