Beautiful finca in Inca with great forest and mountain views, with private pool and garden, ideal for 8 guests.
The private chlorine pool, with a size of 10m x 5m and a depth from 1.2m until 2m has wonderful views of a green area. Surrounded by a wooden terrace, it is an ideal place to spend the day swimming or sunbathing on one of the four hammocks. The porch invites you to spend a great barbecue evening with your family or friends. The second porch with its surprising panoramic views is the preferred place of our guests. The house is located on a hill and it is surrounded by meadows and trees, a paradise for nature lovers. On clear days you can even see up to the Bay of Alcúdia. It has no direct neighbors.

It is a manor house, without giving up all the comforts of a modern life. The dining room, which has access to the porch, makes you travel in time. In the living room you can relax reading a good book, listening to music or watching a movie on satellite television. The kitchen is very spacious and has all the necessary utensils for preparing a banquet, including both gas and ceramic cooktop. The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. There are four bedrooms, two of which have two single beds and the other two have double bed. One of the double-bed bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with both shower and bathtub. For those, who have to work or even study on holidays there is a home office with a desk. We can provide you with a cot and a highchair free of charge. A toilet and a bathroom with bathtub complete the accommodation. There is air conditioning in the living room and in one of the dormitories with two beds, there are three fans and central heating.

The city of Inca is about 1 km away and you will find there everything you may need for your stay such as supermarkets, bars and good restaurants. On Thursdays, there is the famous market that has been celebrated for centuries. After visiting the market, the Inca "cellers" (restaurants) invite you to taste our traditional food, for example a "frit" or "pa amb oli". The Sierra de Tramuntana is only few kilometers away, ideal for cycling or walking tours. In only half hour driving, you will reach the north coast and marvelous beaches such as Casetes des Capellans, Playa de Muro or Puerto de Alcúdia. It is needed a car.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
