This wonderful house is located in a quiet region near Felanitx and can accommodate 6 to 7 guests.
This lovely cottage is an unique find in the south-east of the island and features a private, 9.5m x 6m chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1.1m to 1.8m and a pool fence. Around, there are six sun loungers, two sun umbrellas, one exterior shower and a Balinese bed, which is very nice for a romantic get-together. In the afternoon you can make a tasty barbecue or a pizza baked in the wood-burning oven. The spacious garden has lots of lovely corners to eat al-fresco or play with your children. There's a furnished porch with a garden swing where you can read you favourite book. The plot is fenced and there are a few neighbours.
The interiors are warmly decorated so you will be able to feel like home from the very first moment. The ground floor comprises of a cosy sitting room with ceiling fan and satellite-TV, a double bedroom with fan, a shower bathroom, a fully-equipped kitchen with vitro hob and access to the laundry with washer, iron and ironing board.
On the first floor there's a second living room where we can prepare a sofa-bed for a seventh person. Furthermore, two double bedrooms with fans and one bathroom with bath tub can be find on the upper floor. We gladly supply a cot and a high chair for our youngest guests. This beautiful property is equipped with central heating.
Situated in the outskirts of Felanitx, this amazing house is just a few kilometres from the Santuario de San Salvador, a small mountain. From its top you'll contemplate stunning panoramic views and there's also a chapel. A five minutes' drive takes you to the centre of Felantix with its cobbled streets and good restaurants, called cellers. On Sunday takes place the local market, where you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables, knick-knacks and clothes. Furthermore, in Felanitx there's a big supermarket and everything else you may need for an independent stay.
A 20 minutes' drive takes you to the east coast and lots of dreamlike beaches like Portocolom, Cala Marcal, Cala Ferrera, Cala d'Or and the natural park of Mondragó. The fishing village Portocolom surprises with colourful houses by the sea and the typical fishing boats, called llaüts. As you may know, Portocolom has several good restaurants offering fresh fish and seafood. In the golf course Vall d'Or you can practise the perfect tee-off.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season.
